We order food from here all the time but lately it's falling behind in quality and service and I am not sure why. I ordered 6 lavacakes total 2 batches, a day after ordering over $100 worth of food and not only did my order not arrive on time but I had to call and get told someone's cars broke down so they won't be bringing it... I went to the store there was no broken down vehicle. The store front door was locked and noone would answer after them telling me to come to the store to pickup my order with the lie , I knocked for nearly 5 minutes straight before they had someone address the fact that The driverthru was open even though the store front was closed. I just wanted my order and got in my car drove around and almost lost my anger. The domino's vehicle able to bring my delivery was nicely setup in the back light atop it and in good condition someone just left it as I pulled around the back. They just returned from a delivery. I was lied to, forced to pickup my own food because of sheer laziness even though it had been over an hour since I ordered my food. I ALSO PAID THE DELIVERY FEE WITHOUT ANY REFUND IT WAS REDICULOUS. I PAID TO PICKUP MY OWN FOOD AND SHOULD BE COMPENSATED. It was not a bad weather night and my food ordered before the final hour so there were no excuses once I found the car working. Then when I got to the window they acted like they couldn't find my order at first three people in the kitchen this ordeal took nearly 15 minutes to even get sorted from arrival, to five minutes being ignored to food in hand through the window by a somewhat rude window person. Read moreMy husband Daughter and I placed an order on line for 2 med pizzas, drove to the store to pick it up so we could have dinner, once we got to the store there was young lady who was a delivery driver my husband held the door for her as we walked in, she asked if we had placed an order, we told her yes, she went to the back to check to see if our order was ready, she came back and told us it would be 5 minutes. So we sat down and waited after the 5 minutes we asked if our order was ready, they kept telling us no, after almost an hour the same young lady came back and said y'all are still waiting, so she went to the back and ask about our food and the general manger Patrick handed it to her from the back, the food was gave to us cold and when we asked for it to be re made, he came from the back yelling saying we wasn't going to get anything, my husband said is there an issue sir, he said yes yeah there is a problem, we asked you multiple times about your order, my husband said sir we have been standing here for almost an hour asking about our order, the store was fully staffed, every one there saw how the gm got in my husband's face yelling, we left I have contacted corporate and this will be handled.
