Starbucks — Restaurant in West Des Moines

Very filthy place. Tables are dirty, floors dirty. The food is merely warmed up, but it's so piping hot you have to wait 20 minutes to eat. Selection on tumblers is next to nothing! Did I mention the filth? Not sure if the staff is complacent or just lazy to where they don't and won't clean the lobby making sure trash is handled and tables are wiped off at the very least. The staff is not as friendly as other coffee shops acting put out on helping customers .That place needs scrubbed down so bad & stocked with enough food and merchandise to serve customers. If the staff could be more caring towards customers that would be great! Go across the street to Hy-Vee Starbucks for better quality...

The lady who works there whatever i asked her she said we don't have, first I tried to order a Pink drink she said we're out of all the pink drinks After two days i was shopping at target and i decided to order something i told her i want Americano she said we're out of the coffee beans today the third time i tried to order she said we're close i told her but it's showing online that close at 9:00 PM and now it's 6:00 she said the times online are wrong after a few minutes a customer come and order drink and she doesn't says close and accept his order so what that mean?? Not only me who give 1 star for the way she act and talk to the customers. I'll never return to this Starbucks or any...

I asked the lady if they were close she said no an I told her what I wanted she took a long pause looked at the other worker and said the blender was broken when she just got done fixing someone else an I feel like she did that because I was black I feel unappreciated all I wanted...
