I’ll start by saying we’ve had wonderful meals here in the past. However, tonight was just not a good experience. My husband, our two kids (2.5 and 4.5yo) went out for dinner and picked Boston’s, as they have a good variety on the kids menu. We were sat quickly, received our waters, and ordered our food. My sweet potato fries and our kids’ chocolate milks came out shortly after. This was one of the only positives of our dining experience. Our server came back to do refills and we ask for him to hold off on refilling chocolate milks until our food came. About 40 minutes after ordering, our food still wasn’t out. Finally, our server came with the chocolate milk refills and was surprised we hadn’t gotten our food. He said it was given to another table and that table didn’t tell anyone they got the wrong food. A few minutes later, a man who I assume was the manager, comes out, apologizes, and says their “system crashed” and our order was one of two tickets lost. He got us more fries and said we’d get 50% off and free dessert. Sounds good! Well, the food comes out, we start eating and the food is just okay. The chicken on my salad is dry and my 2.5 yo daughter’s Mac and cheese is beyond salty… so salty that she told us it was “spicy”. My husband and I tried it and it was nearly inedible. After being at the restaurant for 2 hours, we still hadn't gotten our check or ordered our free dessert. My husband had to flag down a different server, ask for our check, and point to our table. This server comes back shortly after, apologizes, and says our whole bill is comped. She genuinely apologizes. Our original server comes back and asks if they comped the whole bill and if our food was good at least. We politely tell him the food was okay and that they should check the kids’ mac and cheese, because it’s entirely too salty. We are grateful for the comped meals (we never asked or expected this to happen), but feel the situation could have been handled better. Also, on the way home we realized my husband had ordered a beer that he never got. Overall, a...

Started out great but went downhill fast. Waitress started out nice. She was the only one working the bar side. We weren't in a hurry so no problem. Took a little bit to get our drinks, but again, we weren't in a hurry. Ordered my beer with a lime. Had to remind our waitress twice that I wanted a lime and finally got it Ordered our meals. One salad was ordered without the extra veggies. Just wanted lettuce. Steak was ordered pink not bloody Ordered pretzel bites as an appetizer Salads came moments before meals were served Had to send the one salad back because it wasn't plain as ordered. Had to ask for silverware Steak was well done and dry. Side was wrong Returned the meal. Just ate my salad Pretzel bites arrived with the meals and were over cooked and hard. Cheese sauce had hardened on top. Waitress took off the steak and charged me for my salad I asked to have the pretzel bites taken off since we couldn't eat them. She didnt agree and said they sat too long on the table. I disagreed and she said she would see what she could about it. Had they come out as an appetizer first, they may have had a chance, but they didn't. She ended up taking them off the bill. The waitress was busy and how the food was cooked was not her fault. We were kind and patient and tried to make sure she knew we weren't upset with her and didn't hold her responsible. Her response to us wasn't always great, until the very end when she came through. But overall it wasn't a good experience. I let her know we used to own a restaurant and they should stand behind the food they serve is all. The manager never checked on us and we didn't see our waitress getting any help. It's no wonder she responded to us the way she did. I hope they can staff up so things get...

We had a horrible experience. We came to the restaurant looking forward to a great experience. I understood the restaurant is new so there might be a wait to be sat and the food might be slow.

We we promptly sat by the hostess. The restaurant was not full by a stretch. We were greeted by our waitress who seemed dazed and disinterested. We ordered our drinks. After bringing the drinks were brought to our table, the waitress inquired about an appetizer. Being a new restaurant, I wanted to try a little of everything so we ordered an appetizer. We continued to look at the menu to determine what our main courses would be.

A different waitress brought out our appetizer. We thought the waitress would come shortly after to take our order. We waited over 10 minutes for the original waitress to take our order. At this point, we are upset and ready to leave.

We went to the host counter and asked for our check. I explained the situation host and he asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I told the host yes. The original waitress comes out while waiting for the manager. The waitress babbled something I could not hear. She provided the check and we paid. I explained the the manager the situation. His best excuse was that everyone is new.

I understand opening a restaurant and being new to waiting tables. This entire experience is inexcusable. One of the basic skill taught to wait staff is to check on your tables to ensure they are enjoying their food. This never happened. The manager did not offer any sort of compensation for our lousy experience. This restaurant is going to bomb quick if something isn't done. I will...

Our first time here. They have a extensive menu, so you should be able to satisfy everyone. We ended up getting the build your own open. Pick a entree from the option offered. Then a side. Finally your drink, all for one price. Of course we upgraded. We wanted pizza, the cheapest was a one topping. We both wanted a specially pizza. Up $2.00, not bad. Next we both wanted to try the Ceasar salad, it was worth it. It was $1.50 more, but large and tasty. Finally I opted for a domestic beer, instead of a soda, or tea. Hind site I could have just added one more topping to pizza for .99, and been just as happy. The Ceasar was a good buy. A Ceasar side salad purchased on it's own is $6.50. I never would have added it, to the meal if we had just ordered a pizza to share. It turned out to all be more then we could eat in one sitting. Good value. Can't wait to go again and try other options. Ps, the crust was wonderful.

One of the worst places I’ve ever eaten. That says a lot as I’ll eat pretty much anything. Food was cold or lukewarm at best. Fried pickles and peppers looked like leftover crumbs, cactus chips were basically a handful of chips (I’ve had better from a bag) with a dip that had a chalky aftertaste. The French dip was sad looking and my server spilled the au jus so the bottom bun was soaked, I had to eat it with a knife and fork. The bread may have been undercooked as well, it was very doughy. Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to the BBQ place, I sure wish we would have.

went there to watch the nfc game and i liked the food so i went back a second time cause i was craving the same burger (jalapeño & onion straw) with the beyond pattie, but this time i chose the fries as a side. they were rock hard. they gave me somebody else's fries from last week. on top of that, the meal came out to $20 bucks since they ridiculously up charge for me not wanting to eat beef. not going back....also, there were no jalapeños whatsoever.
