I will start with the good. The food! We started with the wings appetizer with Thai peanut sauce and i would come back just for those. The sauce was amazing and the wings were perfect. For my entree I got the Cajun pasta which I would recommend only if you love Cajun flavor, there was a tad too much but it was still good. My BF got the meatloaf and that was very good and would recommend.

Now the bad. The service. Luckily, we don’t care about service. As long as someone brings us drinks and food we won’t complain. But these people seemed miserable, we sat at the bar and I have never seen someone treat their co-workers like that. I felt uncomfortable but I love a good drama so I liked it. Now the couple sitting next to us, were NOT happy. We tried to cheer them up with good convo but I don’t think it saved anyone’s tip. The bartender yelled at everyone she could. One waiter was moving so fast that he was making way to many mistakes. A sweet old woman approached him on her missing food, she couldn’t have been sweeter about it. His response “Obviously I’m busy and it’s in the kitchen so you have to wait” she went back to a table full of people and food without anything in front of her. I felt inclined to offer to help run food, but my lack of experience and my fear of the people that worked there stopped me. I work in commission based sales so I get it, customers suck, people suck. But the number one thing I learned is you force that smile and pretend the world is wonderful. Your paycheck and your heart will thank you!

We waited 30 minutes for the bill to get brought to us, and about 10 for her to notice me again. So bring cash people!

Went today at 130pm. It was not terribly busy, no wait, quite a few open tables. We did not see our server until 15-20 min after we sat down. We were only going to wait another minute or two before leaving. We ordered the chicken n waffles appetizer, a small pizza, and a pulled pork sandwich. The appetizer took a little longer than should have. It was one small waffle and one chicken tender. The menu said tenders, so we thought there would be more than one. The coating on the chicken wa almost burnt and fell off as soon as you cut it. The waffle was very hard and completely fell apart so it was difficult to eat together. The taste was just ok. We waited another 20 min after the appetizer for our food. There was a table close to us who had their drinks before we got there but didn’t get their food until after we got ours. We had been there an hour before they got their food. I asked for mushrooms on my pizza which I did not get. There was no flavor so I loaded it up with red pepper flakes. The spinach on it was mushy and all the cheese came off when I tried to take a bite. The pork was cooked well, but the sauce was very very sweet. The fries that came with it were very good. The coleslaw did not have any flavor. We sat with empty cups for over 30 minutes and our server never came back until we were done eating. She grabbed our plates and was going to bring our bill but it was another 15 minutes until we got that. I was charged for the mushrooms that were not on the pizza but it was less than a dollar so I didn’t say anything. We will definitely not ever be back. Good...

My partner and I came here on a Thursday night. It was pretty slow so we were seated quickly. When our server came by to take our orders, my partner ordered a tap beer. The server inspected his ID thoroughly (we are both 24) and handed it back wordlessly. After 10-15 minutes and watching other tables get served beverages, my partner tried to flag down the server to ask about his beverage but was unable to get his attention, so he went to the bar and asked the bartender for the tap beer he’d ordered. She said it would take a few minutes and then disappeared. By the time we got our entrees our server finally stopped by and my partner asked about his tap beer, to which he was told that the server thought his ID was fake and wasn’t going to serve him. This was the first time that this had been openly communicated to us after attempting to reach out to multiple staff. We’re both 24 with MN IDs, and the most disappointing part was that the staff had communicated with one another that they thought my partner’s ID was fake and we had been left out of this conversation entirely. We had the impression that he was avoiding our table that evening as we watched him serve the tables in our area multiple times and only saw him when we placed our orders and after we received our food. The situation was handled unprofessionally, and the lack of communication was disappointing. Our experiences here have always been great, but this was an embarrassing experience for us.
