From someone who has ordered and went here 30-40 times or more in the past years this saddens me to leave this review. They used to be amazing or what I thought was. Eggrolls where delish general tsos was on point along with the bourbon, they even got me to start loving chow mein. But this past year idk what has happened. I think they lost the love for this restaurant or sold it off idk. But they don't care anymore they just want a cash grab and it shows. Last 3 times bourbon has been burnt, with my last order being way over the edge and rock hard. Eggrolls are flavorless and full of grease. The chow mein now lacks flavor and any sort of veggies almost like they are just being cheap. The noodles are always hard in spots and inconsistent like they where left to sit out for wayyy too long. I also ordered double general tsos and still ended up with more bourbon in my box? Idk I would just stay away far away. Have spoke with friends and family in the community and seems like I'm not the only one with this opinion of them...
Read moreHad to try this place since it was a newer place in town. I ordered online and that may have been my mistake. When I went to pick up order I had to use the drive thru to get order due to the virus. Not really a big deal but they had a massive line im guessing due to how new they are. When I got home the food was still pretty warm and flavorful. The chicken though was really dry though. I tried a couple different flavors but the pepper chicken was the really dry one. Tasted like it was on the buffet all day. I personally probably won't be back because we have an awesome Chinese place close by our house. I just tried since the flyer for the new place came in the mail and it is fun to...
Read moreI will start with the good points. The service at Mr Wok was fast and the restaurant was very clean. I ordered one side and two entrees there was more food than I could eat. The problem was I really did not feel like finishing my meal and not because I was full. The Broccoli in my chicken with broccoli was like mush. The General Tso Chicken was dry. It was either over cooked or had been sitting around for a while in a warmer. The fried rice was pasty and tasteless. It was basically white rice with a few veggies thrown in. I am not a huge fan of Panda Express but if I was forced to choose between Mr Wok and Panda Express I would probably choose...
