I ordered Crumbl cookies to be delivered for my mom’s birthday as I live out of state and she loves Crumbl. I am giving one star because the cookies were fine but the customer service put such a damper on what was supposed to be a happy surprise. 1. The delivery driver was super rude to my mom when he delivered the cookies. She took a minute to get to the door and when she opened the door he rolled his eyes at her and said “it’s about time” and walked away. 2. I called the west Fargo store and told the employee about this experience and he laughed?! Like it might be something to laugh about later, but in the moment today I was very upset about it. I don’t get to be with my mom on her birthday and wanted to do something nice, and it just turned into an overall bitter experience. I kind of called the employee out for laughing and he said he would write a review for the delivery driver, but I think he was just saying that to make me feel better. Ordered cookies through the app and arrived at the store (earlier than what the app said I should, however the app suggested I arrive like an hour and a half later), STOOD IN LINE and then at the counter said I was here to pick up the cookies, was told that I would have to wait until the app said, BY A MANAGER. What a POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
I fail to see the difference here. It would be one thing if they were out and the app was forecasting for that, but I saw several people that were in line and had walked out with the very cookies I had ordered. It's not like I was cutting a line because I still STOOD IN LINE. So - If I had just NOT said I ordered online, I would have been able to walk out with the cookies.
What kind of braindead response is that I just have to wait until the time the app gave me given that I was not cutting a line and the cookies were not out, please just MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I absolutely cannot believe a manager said this either, how...

After a lot of searching apparently the order had been put in for Thursday. I had ordered a dozen to taste test as we were going to order 250 for a wedding this summer. They told me since we were a day late, they threw away the cookies-ok that's crazy in and of itself. Anyway, I never received a confirmation of my order and apparently they don't text or call if you miss pickup as they said they'd be on the phone all day(also, find that hard to believe) They did offer to redo the order and charge me full price. I declined as I had already paid $45 for a dozen cookies, as I had tipped as well and nothing was refunded. In this day and age, I would think you would receive a confirmation of your order.
