Yes, every time I have ordered at this location, my order has been correct and the food has been good. But that is not what prompted me to leave this review. I have recently started delivering food via doordash and I had an order to deliver from this location. It was a bit busy when I went inside to pick up the order and an employee let me know it would be a few minutes before it was done. I kept waiting and waiting and this same employee kept checking on the order and was visibly frustrated on my behalf that it was taking longer than it needed to take. Eventually, she left her post to make sure that the order was completed and assembled at that very moment so that I could attempt to get the order to the customer in some semblance of a timely manner. As I said, they were busy and it is possible I caught the other employees at a bad time on an off day, but I would like to thank and recognize the employee who went out of her way to care about my order and my experience as well as that of the customer who was waiting at home for their delivery.
Unfortunately, I did not think to ask for the employee's name at the time, but I can say from experience that you always know when q review is about yourself. But truly, thank you for going above and beyond. The food/bev/hosp. industry needs more people with your work ethic, sense of urgency, and common courtesy. I am not sure if you are a manager or shift lead, but you certainly carried yourself that way as you were able to delegate and prioritize what needed to get done in what order. Read moreDelightful food with terrific service... 8 months later. Times change and unfortunately so does staffing. Ordered a homewrecker on-line (not the 1st time amid what's going on). Meal comes + it's a Jr burrito instead of a regular. I ring + speak w/manager. I let her know just received an order, 1st thing she said is price is higher b/c we have no control over what GrubHub charges. I said that is not why I am calling, then looked at the receipt + wow, someone's price gouging. I let her know I am calling b/c a reg homewrecker was ordered + a Jr was delivered. Claiming she knew it wasn't a Jr cause she made it. Said I had to bring it to her right now to prove its size then if I am correct she'll make a new one .It was delivered for a reason. Really confrontational the whole conversation as well as rude. For almost 3 years went + had 'moes Mondays'. Think we know the difference too. The side dish of black beans (paid product) came in the lil self serve salsa container. She was being unprofessional + sounded childish, I said I am not going argue about this + asked her first for her name she hung up on me. I called back, a male answered, I asked for the manager on duties first name. He said it is illegal to give that information + hung up on me. I called back multiple times. No one would answer. Read moreThe worst moes I have ever been to. Went on a Sunday on my drive home from a weekend away and it was so bad. The service was HORRENDOUS. For whatever reason the guy felt the need to make me and my friends food at the same time while also tending to a woman at the register. Food was literally everywhere, he was trying to move quickly which caused food to go everywhere into each container - talk about cross contamination. Then I ordered a cup of queso and was given the littlest amount of chips. I sat and ate with my friends who didn’t get queso and got the same amount of chips as me. I went back and asked if I could get more chips to support the cup of queso and he said they ran out. I asked when they would have more and he said the girl was on break so it would be 20 minutes. Meanwhile no other customers were in the store and another man was working too. The rice in the bowl was all clumped together and everything was poorly assembled. Also heard they didn’t have the crunchy shell for a stack that a woman wanted.
