I've seen so many complaints about the new renovations. I was curious enough to finally go back in. I have no idea what the complaints are for. Have y'all ever been to literally any coffee shop ever? It looks SO much more accessible for employees behind the counter and honestly feels more accessible to customers. It's so organized from order to pick up to keep a flow going. The seating is plenty, it's just pushed to a single line around the wall but there's tables for people to sit across from each other still. Every time I've been here, I never saw every single seat occupied so y'all just need to calm down about not being able to sit here and enjoy time with others. There's a flow to the space now that feels open and nice. Personally, I think people in this town are entitled and they hate change. It's so pale, tasted just like water with a hint of flavor. I watched them make it in the cup itself, shake it a couple times, and serve it. Making it in the cup is clearly causing the ratio of juice to water to be off because the second, darker photo is a strawberry acai refresher I get from another location that actually combined the ingredients in their shaker cup first consistent with the actual portions required. I consistently ask for the bishops corner location to remake my drink. I know they are happy to do so but I'm so tired of having to ask them to do this, plus it's a waste of time and ingredients. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI work at a nearby business and we love our Starbucks! One of our team members went there today to buy coffee's and breakfast for the clinic. When she was given one of the coffee's the lid was not fitting properly and was super loose. She asked for a new lid and was denied her request. She was then argued with about what she wanted in her own coffee... I'm so confused because those are two easily resolvable issues and I've always known Starbucks for their customer service. I went to sip my coffee and luckily was warned about the lid because it in fact popped right off. I just don't get why the issue wasn't able to be resolved in the store. We pay Starbucks prices for Starbucks service, if we can't expect that there are plenty of other alternatives at a cheaper cost that would be more than happy to ensure our coffee's can be enjoyed without having to worry about spilling...
