Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Haven

While visiting Dunkin Donuts today, We ordered a medium coffee Like we always do.The woman that took the order was very rude. She tried to charge Double for the coffee. When we got to the window the lady said we ordered two coffee. I told her (you didn't ask him if that would be all so he repeating himself). She told us next time order one coffee. I explained to her that he is special needs and he deserves respect and that he didn't know if you got his order right so he repeated himself. Then she said to us (I don't know who you think you are talking to). That's when I asked her what was her name and she told me don't worry about that and slammed the window. We got back to the grouphome and I tried calling the store but No one answered. She was a white Lady and had on a black and white stripe sweater with glasses. His housemate Attends church Across the street And we usually visit that Dunkin Donuts at least once a week. For the record we will neverGo back to that...

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. We arrived at 8:25 PM, well before closing at 9:00, and the employee made it very clear he didn’t want to serve us. He acted annoyed from the start and, after reluctantly taking our order, he didn’t even give us all of it. When we asked about the missing items, he rudely insisted we already took them—even though we were standing there empty-handed. Instead of fixing the issue, he told us to “leave” and even threatened, “don’t make me come out.”

This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If the store is advertised as open until 9:00, customers should be treated with respect up until closing time. Very disappointing experience and I will not be returning to...

I live down the Street from this Dunkin and I drive to startford as much as I can because this dunking is one of the worst ones around. Slow as hell. Waited almost 15 min for 2 coffee and 2 sandwiches in the drive threw, mind you I was 1 car behind the window and the car infront of me didn't have another and sent back their drink twice.. They close early and shut down their machines early. Their machines always seem to be being cleaned or they ran out of what tour looking for. In the afternoons Most of their staff has attitude and not very friendly. Staff is always talking loudly about their personal business and they spend more time talking and joking around then...
