Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in West Hollywood

I've tried Jersey Mike's a few times throughout the years and this is the first time I've stopped by for myself.

Location This location is somewhat apart of the Americana. The inside is much more appealing when comparing to Subway or Quizno's, they have a clean and crisp look. The parking is probably what makes this location unattractive. They don't have their own lot and street parking can be a struggle but you can opt to park at the Americana which is free for the first hour or at the in-n-out structure which is shared between the mall and isn't too far of a walk.

Service Outstanding. I never got the name of the young lady helping me but she was beyond personable granted they weren't busy but I'm not complaining.

Food I got a regular Original Italian on wheat bread consisting of provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni all of which is freshly sliced right then and there. All cold sandwiches include "Mike's Way," which adds onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices. The sandwich was refreshing and left me wanting more. The mixture between the meat and oils went well and complimented the overall taste.

I’m getting so tired of businesses telling me that they won’t take cash or certain bills. I went to your store, spent $23.73 on 1 sandwich combo… only to have the cashier tell me they won’t take a $50 bill. After I insisted, she got another employee to come over, open the drawer only to find out that, of course, they had $26 bucks change in there. HORRIBLE STAFF!!!! All Kids clearly don't know what they're doing. Super disrespectful because they don't have their organization together and were having a bad off day. I walked in and they were arguing in front of customers about where 2 sandwiches that were made went. And yelling at customers in front of other customers with COMPLETE disregard as if they were at a party! The two African American boys super sweet! The other two, girl and guy need TO GO.
