This might be the most unprofessional and rude establishment in all of Los Angeles. I must have ordered from this place over a dozen times, and the EXACT SAME order. For some reason, one time, an employee missed a part of my order and took my returning it so personally as to accuse me of “always doing this.” I understand this location gets a high volume of orders and maybe aren’t staffed properly. However, due to my frequent orders whether called in or Uber eats, there is a paper trail of what I order and it is always the same, but this location always seems to leave something out. Tonight (3/18/24) the same thing happened where they left something out, remind you EXACT SAME ORDER. I called them back after I picked it up to let them know that I was missing an item, not only did the assistant manager get on the phone and say that we “always do this all the time” but the Manager on Duty, Amira, says “ I’m sorry I’m coming off rude but as my assistant manager said, “there is nothing we can do.”” I live downstairs from this location and it was no inconvenience to me to return the item for the correct one. AMIRA is super unprofessional and so is the rest of the staff. This location needs to...
Read moreI really enjoy eating at The Melt when I want a quick, delicious burger or patty melt. My usual go to is the BBQ Bacon Melt or Patty Melt but today I mixed it up and got the Original MeltBurger. The patty was well cooked and juicy, soft brioche bun and a nice slightly chunky relish which added a nice texture. The burger did have a lot of cheese, which hit the spot for me today but if you don’t want a cheese overload request it with less. I also tried their new Harvey Milk Shake (Happy Pride y’all!) which was a solid, thick vanilla shake with rainbow sprinkles. It takes a little work to slurp it through the straw but loosens up nicely without losing too much thickness after a couple of minutes. Last but not least, the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, which really contributes to the chill, welcoming atmosphere. Highly...

That is really saying a lot considering she turns her nose up at practically anything, including Portos! So this place is right off Sunset and Vine in the heart of Hollywood across the street from LA Film School.
We just completed a tour of the film academy (which was awesome by the way), and decided to get a quick bite to eat. Being the food snob that she is we knew nothing would fulfill her Michilian Star needs quite like the Mac Daddy....which is macaroni stuffed in a grilled cheese.
Needless to say, she was satisfied and we lived happily ever after. I chose the cookies and cream shake, and loved every chocolatey morsel. I struggled back and forth between brain freeze and heaven in a plastic cup until every last drop was consumed.
We...
