Arby's — Restaurant in West Jordan

RUDE! The lady working the drivethur and the person making the sandwiches on 5/25/2025 between 7:30-8:30 were some of the rudest service workers I've even meet and I work for a large restaurant in town. We were in the drive thur and my daughter was leaned forward watching them thur the window making our sandwiches and the guy making the sandwiches yelled something at us and the lady came running over and slammed something over the window so we could see. ... very sketchy. Then she basically threw the food thru the window at us. My son's sandwiches was wrong so he went back 10 mins later and the ladt at the cash register was soooo nice to him and told him the would remake it but when she went back to where the sandwiches were made he could hear someone yelling at her and says that they weren't going to remake it. She came back and apologized and just gave him a side of the sause that the sandwich was missing. You may want to look at your staffing policies and decied if who you have working for you right now if why you have a 2 star rating.... we live less than 5 minutes away from this store but will drive the extra 15 minutes to get better food...

Horrible service! I ordered a chicken sandwich and got two chicken tenders thrown on a bun and toppings falling out of the bag when I opened it. I asked the manager for a new sandwich and she said she would have to charge me for it. I asked for a refund and she told me I had to wait in line. Punk teenager with an eye piercing (not approved by the health department, by the way) and tatoos on her neck (nice image) way to go Arbys for having an upstanding citizen manager your brand and your future. Going down in a ball of fire! Do not eat at this location. The guy in front of me had $100 bill to pay for $40 worth of food and she made that one a scene too! Her problem solving skills were to kick me out of the store call the cops when I told her I wasn’t leaving until I got her name and a contact number for her manager, that’s when I got upset. She said the owner doesn’t work in the restaurant and she is the boss. She refused to give me her name, or her managers name. Obviously she knows she didn’t handle the issue very well….neither did I, I’ll own that. If someone wants to call me, I’ll take...

I placed an order summer of 2024 using the family pack coupon. When I received the food I quickly noticed that the roast beef was undercooked. Unfortunately I had not noticed until after my girlfriend and I had eaten a bite of two. As a result we ended up sick with gastrointestinal issues shortly after. The chicken that came with the deal had obviously been overcooked as it was dry and resembled jerky. Lastly, the fries were alright but seemed as though they had sat out for 15-20 min prior to my arrival which is consistent with the previous two times I ordered. Also make sure to check the bag for your sauce. They will ask you what sauce you want but forget to put it in the bag about half the time.

Note: this Arby’s used to be a five star Arby’s. Once Gary retired things have not been the same. However I’d say these recently issues I’ve had with food being undercooked/overcooked and the fries never being fresh has been within the last 9 months. I also only go there around 8pm to 11pm so maybe avoid...
