The poor review is for a multitude of issues, one of which being that they closed the South Jordan location and I have to drive twice as far to the West Jordan location. Normally it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but the south Jordan location was far superior in terms of service, speed, and quality, and I could get an Impossible burger. By comparison the West Jordan location is “meh” at best. The Impossible burger was cold in the middle, the buns were dry and flat, they gave us a fraction of the tempura green beans as the south Jordan location used to, and they messed up several orders in a row (and almost gave us someone else’s order). There’s a number of things more, but it would be a pretty long list and I really don’t think it deserves the time to write it all out for now. I want the South Jordan location back, because if I have to drive more than twice as far, The Habit won’t be getting my business anymore. Quite frankly, if the old South Jordan location suffered from the issues the West Jordan location does we never would have been...
Read moreI’m using my son’s account to write this review. My name is Sheina and I am writing this review in behalf of my family. This review is directed towards your employees that worked the day/evening of 10/25/24. We are extremely disappointed in their behavior this evening and they definitely need to be talked to. I hope the manager does something about this to stop the bullying. Just because someone is different than them does not give them the right to make fun of other people. Do better! One of my family members walked by them and they started pointing and laughing at him. They honed in on him and were whispering and snickering. It was really gross. I should have said something but I think I was in shock! Just because someone is different gives your employees no right to feel so entitled to make fun of others. One employee’s hair was very distinct hair and tattoos. We will never come back and will be spreading the word. These kids need to do better! It makes your employees...
Read moreThey have a veggie burger that is vegan. Whether it's cooked on a vegan only grill or not, I have strong doubts. If you get the grilled onions they are not vegan. Also my guess is the same of the cooked pineapple on the teriyaki sandwich. They don't really have an idea of what vegan means and it's really a crapshoot on if they will mess up your special instruction order. I'd say 80% of the time they add cheese or mayo or grilled onions or miss an ingredient. Still an alrightish meal if your stomachache can handle some cross contamination. As far as PETA knows the onion rings and green beans are vegan. They are not as they have milk/eggs and whoever at PETA talked to them probably doesn't know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. Anyway the fries are fried in the same oil so they technically are not either. But if you're gunna get a salad, that's the best bet. They also don't know what's in their...
