If I could give a lower rating I would!! They pay to get their bad reviews off because there are many bad reviews. I’m just surprised I haven’t seen any bad reviews on specific employees, there is one girl there who really has a huge attitude problem and should be fired. I’ve seen her roll her eyes at costumers and she seriously never smiles or looks like she cares about her job. She looks like your average preppy girl that you kinda just wanna punch when you see her. I’d give a name, but that would be too nice to her, she looks like she hates her job so I hope she gets stuck their her whole damn life. Not to mention, but I’ve heard other employees talk about her in a bad manner. Sounds like they all hate her too. I’ve talked to the boss about a couple of these issues and he plays dumb like he can’t understand me, it’s super frustrating. It’s almost as if all these employees are highschool drop outs, not to mention everytime I’ve went in there were only girl employees, there boss is a guy. Have fun with that information....
Read moreThis has happened to me multiple times at multiple locations and if you look at reviews, I'm not the only one... their business hours are clearly stated. I was sick with bronchitis and my husband went out of his way to get me a fresh squeezed juice. He showed up exactly a half hour before closing (9:30) and they told him he couldn't get anything aside from orange juice because they already put their stuff away. Other times, I've been walking up to the store at about the same time, and they'll lock the doors. Seems like they're all in the habit of closing a half hour early. They see people coming and either lock their doors or tell you that you can't get anything aka we're too lazy to get our stuff out. I used to love Jamba juice but the last handful of times I've tried to come (months in between), I'm disappointed every time. These drinks aren't cheap, the least they can do is offer good customer service.
Other times in the summer, I've waited close to a half hour for two smoothies. Might be time to find another...

When he finally came to take my order, I asked for an açai bowl and he said that he could no longer make those because they were closed when it was him that took forever to take my order. I’ve been to Jamba Juice before and have never been told that they can’t make an açai bowl. Horrible customer service. I asked for a medium and was given a large. I couldn’t even check my receipt because I wasn’t given one, to see if I was charged for a medium or a large. I could tell that they rushed my drink because it was very unappealing. Definitely did not taste how I normally get it. You can tell they were both just trying to get out of there because we felt rushed. Never going back to this...
