I ordered my husbands birthday cake, paid for it and when it was ready my mom & step dad went to pick it up for me. The female employee brought them the cake. She opened the cake and my mom asked her what is it supposed to be....the girl proudly announced "it's a grill." Confused my mom took the cake and left. Upon seeing this cake I dropped to my knees in laughter. This looks nothing like the photo online. It's so bad it is comical. I'll be calling the manager once they open today. You can call me Karen if you like but I paid $50.00 for this cake. It's small and looks like slimy carrots, butter squares on a lake of pepto bizmal. Even the Happy birthday writing is atrocious. This is pathetic... but also hilarious. Won't be buying from them again. Hopefully I can get my money back, but if not at least I got a good...

This baskin robins is alright, almost everytime I have gone the employees are all rude teenagers who really have no patience. I accidentally pronounced one of the ice cream names wrong and the employee helping me laughed at me and mocked me and then proceeded to keep repeating my mispronunciation over and over again. My order has also been done incorrectly multiple times, and I don’t think that should happen with how simple my order is. For example I ask for cookie dough and they give me gummy bears instead, ik I can simply pick the gummy bears out but I feel as if these mistakes shouldn’t happen as often as they do as cookie dough is completely different from gummy bears. Overall, if you’re looking for an ice cream place you can go here, but don’t be surprised if the experience isn’t a good one but rather one...

Wow just walked in to this Baskin Robbins wanting to see if we can order a cake and the guy was so rude. Once we walked in he said hi guys, how are you doing tonight? and we said good thanks. And just because we didnt return the question he rudely said im good thanks for asking. Why make a comment like that to customers? Sometimes you get a good thanks how about you? And sometimes you dont. But like i mentioned we said good thanks its not like we ignored him. But just by that you lost a costumer. We walked right out and we will not be going back. It was 9:30pm we knew they were getting ready to close at 10pm we were trying to do things fast since we know when it gets closer to closing time everyone just wants...
