Update: Maybe itâs that I came around dinner time instead of the end of the night but they got my order right! I shouldnât have to celebrate this but I am! Maybe I wonât have to drive across town anymore!

Original Review: Been coming here for 4 years and have finally given up. I can count the number of times my order has been correct on one hand and donât know why I keep coming back.
They run out of desserts by the end of the evening (I usually come in around 7:30 or 8:00) and thatâs one thing. It sounds like theyâve had some inventory management issues. But thatâs not the real issue.
The real issue is that time and time again, when they are out of something and my order isnât correct, they DONâT TELL ME. I donât find out until Iâm home (I get orders to go). Iâve driven back over to this location repeatedly to fix orders and tonight was the last time. I wonât be coming back to this location.
This isnât an inventory management issue⌠itâs a CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE. The staff are very nice and try to be accommodating when an issue is brought up but they are terrible at providing basic, common courtesies (e.g. when you see me come in the door and make eye contact with me, say something to acknowledge that youâll be with me when youâre done with your task) and basic customer service (e.g. tell me when my order isnât complete).
This has been going on for the last 4 years and I donât know why I keep coming back. Iâm done with this location unless they get a change in management.

While weâre waiting we could hear 2 employees talking. One was a basic employee and the other was the manager. He told her they were out of banana cream pie and she told him to âjust give them somethingâ. My son was with me and heard them as well. They DID NOT FEEL LIKE MENTIONING this to us. They felt like just giving us anything as long as they got moneyâŚ
Anyway, they had 5 door dashers waiting plus 3 families.
When they gave us our order I saw they had put a raspberry cheesecake in a box and were NOT GOING TO TELL US. I told them the answer was âNoâ. They could just refund us and the guy working said he would have to ask his managerâŚseriously?
Then they forgot several items in our order and then acted like I was lying when I told them. It was on the stupid receipt!!! Then the guy took his time getting our correct items.
Anyway, they also made comments about how âif so and so hadnât showed I would have walked outâ and the other one agreed.
None of the employees were older than 20 and it showedâŚwhoever owns this franchise needs to get their butts in and deal with thisâŚ

I went there Feb 23 through the drive through and ordered a double fudge brownie, Diet Coke and BBQ Southwest Salad. I got home and the salad was missing the black beans, corn, tortilla strips, cilantro and more. I called today and talked to a manager named Chris. I explained the situation and asked if at the LEAST I could have the meal replaced. He said he would only replace the salad. He kept saying I could come in and get my âfreeâ salad. I kept saying it wasnât free, he was literally just giving me what I paid for. I kept explaining I was really disappointed he wouldnât do anything else but he wouldnât budge. I had the receipt and a picture of the salad and still nothing. He said that was protocol. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service. I paid $14.46 for that meal. They are not cheap and THEY messed up. I shouldnât just get what I paid for. There should be something else given. What the heck is a brownie and a soda to them?!
