I came here after work because it was on the way home. Ordered a 20 piece nugget, large fry, #7 (2 cheeseburgers) only ketchup with a dr.pepper no ice and 2 shamrock oreo mcflurries. (Was buying for both me and roommate home)
Get to the pay window and they're having some sort of issue with the computer. No problem. I can wait. I get my receipt and... Instead of the 2 cheeseburger meal, it was a quarterpounder.
I get to the second window and let them know that I ordered a #7 with only ketchup and it's a quarterpounder. She asks me if I wanted that quarterpounder only ketchup... I tell her that it isn't what I ordered. I had ordered the #7- two cheeseburgers. She tells me the number #7 is the fish sandwich. (That's the #6, I checked after this to make sure the 7 was 2 cheeseburgers. It is.)
I ask if different McDonalds have different combos. She says no, but the numbers changed recently. (Which I know. I had McDonald's two days ago and there are signs everywhere.) Then she asks what I wanted. I tell her the 2 cheeseburgers, only ketchup.
Before the window closes, I hear her asking someone else if there's a price difference. (There is. 2 cheeseburger meal is about $2 cheaper, I believe). I did not get offered this difference or offered something to make up for it.
After I get my 2 cheeseburgers, I notice I didn't have the 2nd order of fries. I check my receipt and... It isn't even on it. I don't want to deal with this McDonald's anymore so I drove to the one on state street to get that.
I get home and take a bite of my cheeseburger after giving the other food to my roommate... And I get a mouth full of pickle and onion. Despite the numerous times I had asked for 'only ketchup' on my cheeseburgers, I got them with everything on them.
...At least I have my fries and mcflurry.

Read moreThis McDonalds was just rebuilt from the ground up. One would think that the whole kitchen and building would be optimal to work in. They have about 10 employees working in there at any given time since they have reopened. I have visited this location about 3 times since it has opened back up and every single time my experience has been awful. First it was cold food, next time my full order was not given to me correctly, and now tonight I waited about 30 minutes for my food. After asking about my order a manager said to hold on, then I never saw him again. I waited about 5 minutes more and then asked for a refund. The employee up front went and checked on my order and told me there was a hold up on one item from my order; the McGriddle. Now I know breakfast takes a little longer when it’s not breakfast hours, but it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make that sandwich. After telling me that my McGriddle still wasn’t ready at this point I asked if my other food was ready. The person said yes and I asked if it had been sitting up there most of this time I was waiting. They said yes. At this point I was not going to eat food that had been sitting unheated for 30 minutes so I requested a refund. The employee I was dealing with gave me an attitude about it. Next, a manager comes up to give me my refund, that’s fine, but this person could not manage to give me correct change, and in fact gave me more than I was owed. I pulled up to have a lady ask about rewards & what I’d like to order. I said I didn’t have the menu screen & could she show it. Then dead silence! Nothing! Silence! More silence! I finally said hello? She responds by… WAITING ON YOU! What??? I have no menu. Screen didn’t change! I explained and asked .. do you have yogurt parfait? Answer… NO! This lady was so RUDE!!! It was her attitude & tone that just was awful. So I said I wasn’t ordering and out of line I went! Then I waiting a few minutes & decided to call the McD establishment. I told them the story. Person that picked up phone answered by saying well they don’t have control over the screens changing. I said well I’ve asked in past when needed and employee changed it. Plus the lady at the drive through could have told me that. By simply saying it might take awhile to change and then check back to me! The lady I got said nothing.
