This place is hit or miss when it comes to service and quality of food. This morning I ordered a #1 extra hashbrown with an OJ and a #9 with mild sauce and OJ. I was told they have no OJ, so I picked a caramel Frappuccino that was on the board, I was then told they have no Frappuccino either. I said okay can I please have a caramel iced coffee for both MEALS. Total was $13.86 and I paid at the first window with NO RECEIPT given to me, which is sometimes normal at this place so I didn’t question it. I got to the second window and was handed a bag with two burritos and a egg McMuffin in it. I asked about the 3 hash browns so the nice young lady at the window went and asked about the hash browns, then came back and said sorry they said you only paid for the burritos.... I said okay well I have a egg McMuffin too so did I not pay for that and I would like to see my receipt please. The manager came to the window and told me to “move along and nothing is free if I want something I would have to pay for it”. At this point I was very upset because I feel I did pay for it but I couldn’t show him due to no receipt. I asked him firmly for a receipt and I was told no you don’t have a receipt to move along. My wife pointed out that the only times we have had issues are when that manager is there. I got to work and was telling my coworkers about the awful experience and what a joke this place was yet again. Read moreMy family and I have been giving this store multiple opportunities over the past 2 years to get their act together. Yesterday was the last time I will go back to this location. Over the past 2 years we learned quickly that when getting your order you have to check the order in line at the drive through window when the food is given to you! I cannot remember a time when there wasn't a mistake with our order. And yesterday was no different. Had to correct the order taker 2 times and even then had no confidence my order would be correct. After that received my food and promptly inspected to find order was wrong. Went inside to get the order corrected and while waiting in line another customer seen me and said they never get orders right here making it well known that it is a common issue here. I got home and the chicken sandwich was not only wrong but burnt so bad I tried it and had to throw it out. I will not return to this location and make a strong effort to avoid the brand at all costs, Which will include my kids complaining about not getting a happy meal. If anyone at corporate cares they need to have a team step into this location and get things on track. I worked in fast food when I entered the work force and even though it was not my passion to work their long term I did my job and served the community the best way I could and that is easy to do in fast food. Read moregave my code, the app said we got your code. he asked me what my code was for. i was confused. he asked me again what was the code for, and i asked do you need the code? i said it's not for anything specific. i started ordering and he asked what was the code for. and i'm like huh in my head. he said the same thing again, what was the code for? the code didn't work so i'm trying to give it to you. i was still confused, i asked do you need the code again? he asked, "just what was the code for?" i asked wdym what is the code for? i said it's from the app. he said if you don't want to do it i can just get your drink. i sat there confused again for a few seconds. i decided to drive to the window. we end up going back and forth. turns out he was a manager, well what a great manager he is(sarcasm) i told him the code wasn't anything specific at the speaker and he said i needed to say that. i told him the interaction is recorded on my dashcam and he was like let's see. but at the same time, i didn't want to hold up the line because i am not that kind of person. so i gave him another code and he said it didn't work.... and im like well did you type it in correctly?? oh guess what, it seem to have worked after i asked that question.... if i could give zero stars i would. i wish i would've got his name but he is a trashy manager... but i guess the shoe fits since he works at mcdonald's. i wish i could post the video with my review but...
