10/22/22..Every time I drive here I have a great experience.Today was a bit diffrent.I came in a proceeded to tell the lady at the counter which smoothie that I like etc..As I was doing this I'm chatting and I stick my card in machine.I notice a Caucasian man and a young boy walks in..Long story short I left my card in the machine and walk out Instead of this crook informing me when he walks out that I had left my card.He actually uses my card to pay for his smoothie and his son's. Smh..My transaction was at 343pm his cam in right at 345pm..I was literally in the parking lot once I realized an unauthorized trans had come through so I went back in to inform staff They were able to confirm that it was the Caucasian me with child about 8 or 9..It's sad that this world is so heartless.With no morales.I literally found a debit card about 3 weeks ago I found the women and returned it.Im blessed..there are so many wicked evil people but,you will anwser for that. God saw you.The staff were supportive and I do thank you They have him on camera but thats all...Please be mindful of leaving your cards behind I think a sign would help others remember ..Staff stated people leave their cards all the time and she pulled out a stack of cards..I just couldn't believe that crook did this Had I came back sooner I would have confronted and called police but he had just left..be careful...

Read moreDefinitely not the friendliest place. I came in to get a smoothie with my husband and the minute we walked in the door the associate did not greet. He was looking down at the register doing something and as he finished he said when ever your ready let me know. I told him what my husband and I wanted and he proceeded to make it. After he rang us up, he gave my husband the receipt to sign and as my husband was signing he told the associate the pen was not working and the associate told my husband that why he gave him a pad to put the receipt on to write( maybe he should have said that in the beginning, instead of assuming we would know) as he was signing it the ink was very faint and he told the associate again and the associate took the pen and wrote on his hand saying it works with an attitude. We wanted to say something but, we didn’t want to embarrass him in front of the other customers. So this is what it resulted to writing a review. We were in there about 450pm to 5ish on May 27, 2019. The associate working was a male wearing glasses, mid heavy set Hispanic. This associate should not be working in a place that has to deal with customers with that attitude.
