I do recommend the Southwest avocado salad. It is very delicious. However, I don't like that they use iceberg lettuce. It is a cheap non flavored lettuce. is there going to precise high-quality send they should use high-quality vegetables. Stepping up into a romaine lettuce or a spring lettuce would really make the salad pop. I usually take it home and add my own lettuce. To me The Romaine doesn't know good. However, a friend of mine loves it. Now with that being said. The evening shifts really should work on there customer service. I think it is very rude when they don't say thank you and when they enter the intercom with only, order when you get ready, as opposed to I'd like to take your order when you're ready or I'd like to recommend our delicious southwest salad today... Etc. The morning shift is really good about that. It's called up ceiling and professionalism. And when I get my food is always good to say thank you instead of shoving the bag out the window and closing it. I have to wait there sometime to ask them for they dressing? That is extremely frustrating. Then they come back to the window did not give you everything??? I guess you didnt if I'm still sitting here. Also a couple times I went there and I had to make sure they put two scoops of avocado on my large salad. I got all the way home and there was only one scoop. I asked the lady to make sure... She asked someone in the back and they said it only gets one scoop. I asked the cashier then how many scoops does the small get? You know what you told me? I guess you're right? That is pathetic. They should know their product and the quantity. He had to go back and tell them that I got a large and should have two scoops I give you the lady in the back soon as we got it taken care of. Read moreI went through the drive-thru about 20 minutes ago because I had a sleeping toddler in the car and didn't want to wake him. As soon as a pulled up the girl was very rude and clearly did not want to be there. I told her my kids' orders (2 four count kids meals with juice and fries) and proceeded to give mine. I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich combo, but asked of I could have a side salad instead of fries. She said "with ranch". I asked what other dressings and she only named off ranches and a pomegranate one. I asked if they had ceasar and she said, "oh yeah". So I asked if I could have a ceasar side salad instead of fries with a natural lemonade and she said ok. When I got to the window I was greeted with the same type of attitude. Honestly, I wouldn't mind the attitude nearly as much if my food was correct... She handed me the correct amount of bags and I made sure the kids food was all there and there was a sandwich and salad for me and I pulled up to the stop sign. Then I noticed I had a regular side salad with ranch dressing. By that point I couldn't go in because I had a sleeping kid in the car so I figured I would call when I got home about it. Got home and my lemonade is an unsweetened tea..ugh. I tried calling the number for the store (that is provided on Google) and it didn't even ring. Read moreThis is the worst Wendys on earth for too many reasons to list. Today I picked up my BANK CARD that they didn't give back to me FOR THE SECOND TIME THIS YEAR. That's right, they take your card, give you drinks and food, then tell you "that's all goodbye." TWICE.
I literally hope this Wendy's closes forever. They didn't even apologize after I spent all morning looking for the bank card they stole from me. They are ALWAYS missing items from your order and ALWAYS rushing customers. Please for the love of God do not go to this Wendy's and pray it gets closed forever and the managers get their Debit cards stolen.

I made the mistake of visiting this location again and was met with exactly what this Wendy's delivers, more disrespectful attitudes and aggressive behavior towards customers. Today some angry loud, soulful lady had the audacity to start correcting me and saying that she said things that she clearly didn't say (in front of my entire family). I told her calmly that she was incorrect, that she did not say what she claimed to have said. She exploded through the drive through headset, telling me with hostility that she knows what she said and talking about all kinds of irrelevant nonsense through the drive through microphone, going on and on telling me her side of the story. People were waiting in line, so I just abandoned my order midway through and drove by the window shaking my head in disgust. Never again. God will this Wendy's just...
