Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in West Milwaukee

Worst service EVER!!! They took the phone off the hook so they weren't getting calls between 5-5:30pm, I drive there & order, the girl takes FOREVER to enter my order wrong, then FOREVER to fix it, finally charges me, sends me away & says it will take 30min. to be ready, then I return, ask if the fries/celery/sauces are all in the bag (YES), get home with NO celery, NO fries, a weird mix of sauces, & almost COLD wings. I call, the manager was horrible, acted like she couldn't hear me, then when I talked louder said she couldn't help because now I was "yelling" (she clearly just wants any excuse NOT to do her job), I return to the store, they STILL don't have the fries, celery, missing items bagged, I wait forever, and an order that I started at 5pm online took until 8pm and 3 trips to the store, just to get all of my items. I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE!!! You could make your own food at home 3 x over in the time it takes them to annoy you to death, mess up your order, & maybe get you your items, with attitude problems and no one who cares to do their jobs in a timely manner whatsoever at this location. I have a family of 5 and therefore have placed some large orders at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I have tried many flavors of the bone-in wings. I do like spicy things so I enjoyed the "Mango Habanero" and "Original Buffalo" (hot). I really enjoyed the flavor "Golden Fire". The "Lemon Pepper" is always a good one to try and my kids enjoy the "Garlic Parmesan". The wings are large, some very large to the point of me questioning what kind of freak giant chicken it came from. The fries are always good and crispy. I have always ordered online and my order has always been correct however.....they are always late. On all 3 of my last online orders they have been over 10 min late. So inside the small restaurant there are always a ton of ppl standing waiting for their orders. Very disappointing. I took a star off for that. Placed an Order for pick up last night at around 8:30 pm and was told 50-60 mins so My brother left with just enough time to get there. We’re 5 mins from the store. EVERYTHING was cold and I didn’t get my 5 piece tenders. When I called to complain I asked if they could re cook the food and he said no we will just give a refund after being told that our food was sitting there for an hour. My husband went up there to get our refund and some told him that the reason the food was cold was because my brother was taking with customers for 20 mins.
