I was in star ucks o ordered my drinks so im on my daughter snapchat taking pics of myself its clear as day im taking pics of my self so its 3 girls (white) behind counter they had headsets on so they all laughing and giggle to eachother but looking at us so that made us so uncomfortable.So one manager came over the tall skinny one with hair dnt know who is who i just know they name was Derrick and Nate and they was the managers on duty tonight and ske me umm are u filming them.im like no im clearly take pics and on snapchat i told him i do not know these ladies so why would i film them i dont know themso he walked off then they got to talking in there headsets again. Then here come the short bald head manager from behind the counter all up close in my personal space to ask me the same question that the other manager just asked me so i told him i have no reason to lie he just asked me and i told him no then here u come from behind the counter like im just some liar. At this point he so close he cam see my camera on my ohone is pointed to me my face so he walked off after i told him the same thing i just told the other manager. Customers were just starring at us like what is going on that was so embarrassing and i felt as though he was racial profiling me cause me and my daughter were the only blacks in there eveybody had there phone out but u just pick to come to me and ask me the question at this point wen i tell u i was so uncomfortable and embarrassed. Then why they was worrying about if i was filming them or not they made my drinks wrong i should of just got my money back and left but i didnt i will never go there again a day in my life they so rude and unprofessional and racist idc idc idc that was racist to me just cause im the only black person in there but eveybody had they phone out u wanna come to me yea ok and yes i called corporate on them cause they got me messed up As i was leaving the shot bald head one came up to me and said oh im sorry they just felt uncomfortable talking about his employees ok how they feel uncomfortable and everybody else have they phone out why u didn't go to the rest of the customers who have they phone out as well he only came to apologize cause wen he walked up he seen my phone camera pointed to wasnt no filming going on.OMG I AM SO HEATED RIGHT!...

They give you terrible attitue, make you wait a long time and skip your order. the only person that actually takes time to make sure that you had a great experience and your food and drinks are correct is Rina, she sould be the manager. The actual manager comes with messy hair looking she roll out of bed with a terrible attitude as well. Just today I had to wait more than 10 min for my drink while one of ther employee was doing all the work and the other guy was basically looking at his nails. When i asked for a refund the one working on my order gave me and attitude. As we walked out she said "have a nice day" but in a very sarcastic way. This is no way to treat your customers, its totally unprofessional I dont know how long this place will continue to be in business with employees like this. The coffee is the best but the people serving it give it a bad rep. Im more than sure that we arent the only people that are unhappy with this service. I can sure you that if they do a survey to see what others think about this location you would get more bad comments. Just this visit two other customers left very unsatisfied with the attitude...
Read moreI've gone here a few times because I think it's going to be convenient while I'm out running errands. The drinks normally taste fine, but the service is always slow. This past Friday was the worst. The drive through had a few cars in line, so we parked and I went in, while my wife and kids stayed in the car. There was a group of 4 women ahead of me that had just finished ordering. My order was taken pretty quickly - I ordered 2 standard drinks; a tall caramel macchiato and a grande salted caramel mocha. I waited more than 15 minutes for those 2 drinks. There were 4 people working. All told, I spent 20 minutes in the store to get 2 drinks to go. I get in my car and we drive away... About a mile down the road, I took a sip of my salted caramel mocha... except it was most definitely a peppermint mocha. The drink was fine, but it wasn't what I ordered. The sticker on the cup was correct, so the cashier obviously took my order correctly, and then the barista made the wrong drink. I had already wasted 20 minutes and was not about to go back to complain, but it will be a while before I try this...
