Bar Capri — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

We went for drinks and bites at around 6 pm on a Thursday. Honestly, we were very disappointed. Although they have a nice space and a great view, they manage the place like a fast food establishment and the service is so slow. Their wine list is totally limited and the pizzas are brought to the table in take out boxes. We had to request silver ware because they were not set on the table. We spoke to the manager and she said that it was the company's top management policy to bring the food in take out containers, because they wanted patrons that had to wait two hours for a table to come to the roof top and wait there and the food came from the kitchen downstairs. The runners were going around the tables asking patrons if they had order a pizza with no idea of what they were doing. We ordered two pizzas, one arrived in about 20 minutes and the other arrived 30 minutes later. We do not think the place has anything good to offer and we will definitely...

Im not sure what the 1 star reviews are about. Just the pizza and ambiance alone gives this place 5 stars. I’m from NY, I lived in Gainesville for a year and then Miami the past couple of years, I’ve been everywhere in between and this is the best pizza in the state of Florida hands down. I’m a first generation for my family in the US, my father immigrated from Naples Italy to NY, im no amateur when it comes to pizza, and this is the absolute best its neopolitan style which is unmatched. Highly recommend the margarita D.O.P pizza, straight up san marzano italy imported tomatoes no question you can tell from the flavor. Dont take my word for it try it for yourself, you’ll have some bomb cocktails, beautiful downtown west palm water views, and again the best pizza in the state. The one star reviews, those people must have been drunk and their favorite pizza...

My new favorite hang out in town. The pizzas are absolutely wonderful and super easy to share with friends if you get a few different ones. Dare I say - probably the best dough around. Cocktail menu is well designed for a rooftop bar AND keeps with the Italian theme. Really lovely to see a few champagne cocktails on the menu. My 5 friends and I basically tried one of every cocktail ( don’t judge - it was a Friday night ) - and everything tasted super refreshing and easy to drink. Our favorites were - Pimmcicleta and Il Hugo. Staff seemed well trained / well educated on the product and dare I say FUN. The view from the property is implacable and it was easy to just hang out for a few hours. 5 starts...
