Flare House American Fusion Cuisine — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

The ambiance is a beautiful, candlelit , white tablecloth elegance. The music playing will have you singing in your seat to the beautiful old school sounds of R&B.

The food, now that was something that my husband and I were surprised and amazed by. We ordered Fried Calmari as an appetizer and it was delicious. It had a nice kick with jalapeños and it came with two sauces. I love extra sauces. Again it was amazing and the it was fried to perfection.

We both ordered the Steak and Shrimp Alfredo as an entree. I had never had it and was intrigued. I thought it would be a slab of steak along with the shrimp alfredo but it was together. Presentation was lovely and again the flavors were amazing. We also ordered drinks and they were big and very well made. I had the Ultimate Miami Vice (pink one) and husband had the Island Getaway (blue).

The staff- everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Really amazing group of people there.

They have live music Friday evenings and a DJ Saturday night when we went. He had the place dancing. They also have Sunday brunch; which we will be going to because I’m a sucker for brunch.

Overall an amazing place to be at if you want a romantic evening and outside dining if you want to spend it dancing...

My Husband and I visited Flare Restaurant in West Palm Beach for dinner and had an amazing time. The food was absolutely delicious very fresh, flavorful, Seasoned to the bone. I ordered steak and shrimp linguine which was so delicious and my husband ordered the lamb chops which also was also fabulous. My only complaint was according to the menu. The lamb chop should have came with two sues but he only got one. However , the macaroni and cheese he ordered was so good. He didn’t even make a fuss. The restaurant is beautiful and stylish. Kris, was our waitress she was very welcoming and extremely sweet. The atmosphere and music made our meal even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely will be coming back. My wife and I are visiting West Palm Beach and were looking for someplace to eat and I found Flare House American Fusion Cuisine. I ordered the Teriyaki Salmon and my wife ordered the Lobster Bisque. Both were good. I really enjoyed the salmon with the mix of veggies and jasmine rice. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly. The food came out quick. The restaurant was quiet being a Thursday night. My wife and I liked that. The other area restaurants looked quiet too and I'm sure the area gets busy on the weekends. There was free parking right in front of the restaurant when we got there. The menu selection is simple and I think there is something for everyone here. I would definitely recommend...
