As a patron of this McDonald's for nearly twenty years, what has happened? Only recently, such as the last few years, has it become this erroneous. I went there during the renovation and had no dust in my food. Anyways, this review is for the last three visits, and the McDonald's location as a whole, but is intended specifically, for the AM or first shift. Lesbia. As a bilingual person, how she can consistently take orders and prepare them improperly is baffling. She is the point of contact for most customers at this location in the AM hours. When I place an order with her as I did about an hour ago, my coke had too little ice. Coke taste best when chilled to around 34 - 36 degrees Fahrenheit. It activates the bubbles that provides the right amount of fizz as I consume. During, the two previous visits before this one, my black hazelnut coffee had no hazelnut, and too little hazelnut. Maybe, she needs coaching, to listen as orders are taken, and read as orders are prepared. This review is also on behalf of another AM patron that didn't care to leave a review. He has experienced the same issues with, Lesbia.
Update: This morning I returned to McDonald's on Belvedere. Why? Because, I'm looking into harassment at this McDonald's. What is the difference between a small coffee with light, regular or extra hazelnut syrup? When I went there last week around nine the same thing happened, yet was rectified. Lesbia, didn't rectify it, another associate did. This morning, I ordered a senior coffee, with regular hazelnut. When I delivered it. There was no hazelnut. I tasted it myself. I return it, and the same thing happens again. No, hazelnut. Both were discarded and a senior is out of 94 cents. These 'mistakes' happen so frequently it appears to be harassment. It would be 0 stars if it could be.

REVISED MY REVIEW. I placed the mobile order today like I have many times before at this location and it gave me my code, but the person on the speaker said they didn't have the order. They had me order again at the window and so I got my order but my bank card showed I was double charged. I went back in to talk to the manager and they said it was the bank. I said, I have my order number right here and it won't generate unless it's paid. They were adamant that it was the bank and that I'd have to wait a few days before I could do anything. My five-star rating of this McDonald's went to a one star rating, because they were not at all willing to reverse the second charge. All my previous excellent experiences at this location are voided because of a manager who could not understand what I was asking and said it was not their fault
OLD REVIEW. This McDonald's is fast and the mobile order makes the experience nearly seamless. The driving is tight if you got a big truck but they always get people through relatively fast. My favorite is the McGriddle and I can get it on mobile order special for less than six bucks...
