I came in and ordered a drink and few other items and bought retail products. The gentleman who served me was in a calm mood but didnāt seem particularly happy to be at work. When I waited to pick up the things I ordered, not one woman acknowledged me. As I left, I kindly said in a cheerful voice ā thank youā. Not one person acknowledged me. I completely felt invisible. So I assumed maybe nobody heard me, I said it louder āthank you have a great dayā and not one person said thank you back or said goodbye to me. It really doesnāt take much to give a smile. I was having a tough day I guess itās my bad to think that customer service exists anymore. It literally can make or break someoneās day with just a simple smile. I think your team needs to be trained on smiling and enjoying work. Maybe you need to pay them more I donāt know just seem like nobody wanted to even be at workā¦

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the Starbucks at 1815 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Service gets worse by the day at this place.
I was heading to the office early in the morning and ordered via the app to save time. A latte, egg bites and a wrap.
I arrive there and my egg bites and latte are ready along with an empty bag for the wrap with the words āSOLD OUTā written on the bag. Meanwhile, Iāve already been charged for the wrap.
I had to get in line to get credit back for the wrap they were too lazy to heat up which defeated the purpose of ordering online. And the egg bites were burned.
The kicker: the receipt for the credit says āDIDNāT WANTā.
Hey Starbucksā¦either change the way this place is being run or...

There are a number of incidents were the staff have lied about product being unavailable only to find out it was available when probing (turns out they just canāt be bothered to make it) . They also have a bad attitude towards customers- asking drive through customer to go instore to collect the item because āāit will take them time to make the itemāā. The reason people use drive through is because they do not/or can not go instore. Every response to a Google review is met with the same...
