Marshalls — Local services in West Palm Beach

This place is nice, clean and organize. You can find anything and everything here thats very affordable. I bought alot of high end makeups here. You just have to make sure to check it because sometimes even if its in the box some makeups are used or being swatch. One great thing i love about this place is that i can find alot of affordable home decors and supplies that are very reasonable price compare to other stores. The only reason why i only give this a 3 stars is because i was annoyed when i bought a mirror and it turns out it was broken. And i end up going back the next day to return it. Well, i was a little skeptical about it at first because it was already open and they taped up the box and reduce the price on it. Well, i thought it was just a return from a customer and they change mind thats why they return it! But NO! it was broken thats the reason why they reduce the price! I got annoyed because who would want to buy a broken mirror? Like seriously, if you know that, that certain item is broken (meaning you cant really used them) you should've just put it directly to claims instead of putting it back in the box and taped them and sell them back! Who would want a broken mirror anyway?? But that doesn't mean i will stop shopping here! Its a nice place to shop. You just have to watch and check the product before buying them. Went in today at 2:10 pm. Found a couple of shirts at $0.00 decided to grab one and a different shirt at regular price at $20. Went to the register curious at what it would ring out. My cashier was a very nice young lady but another older blonde lady came around checking at tags and just grabbed it without saying g a word and throw it at another counter. My cashier turned around and told her that it was mine and her reply was not at $0.00. My problem is that she has no communication skills, never acknowledge me, no customer service what so ever. She could have easily had said “ I’m sorry we are not allowed to sell it” something so simply. But she made my shopping experience terrible. Made me feel like if I was trying to steal something. I did tell her that’s there’s more on the sales floor and she told me no there’s not and I said yes there is. Her attitude just made me to...

I've been a loyal Marshall's customer for years. Great value and merchandise. With that being said, I am reluctant to ask for help as that everytime I ask I get dismissive responses to my inquiries, and the associates including managers are more concerned with tasking than actually trying to help me find what I'm looking for. The customer service experience at the West Palm Beach location is underwhelming and disappointing. Some constructive criticism that I can give, being a retail manager myself is that without customers we have no jobs...There needs to be a bigger focus on going above and beyond in stopping your tasking to exhaust all options to help your customers, rather than dismissing them with a sorry we can't or don't attitude to continue your focus of stocking your shelves. I will continue to shop at Marshalls, but unfortunately I don't expect any help in...
