Arby's — Restaurant in West Plains

Sunday 7/14/24 1245-1pm ish Ok I’ve been to many Arby’s in my life. This trip I was on a motorcycle and needed to cool off from the heat.

Arby’s food never disappoints. The food here is no different. Standards are met here. What sets this location apart is the customer service

Upon entry Tyler cashier greeted me. I chose to sit down for a min before I ordered.

There was a younger gentleman with a beard. I watched him clean the entire dining room. Every table cleaned and sanitized. Floor swept and spot mopped. He was very attentive to his job. He greeted me as well.

Upon ordering Tyler was extremely pleasant . He assisted me with my order. Tried to upgrade me on some options and then i received my order. He made sure and double checked my Togo order and made sure I had plenty of sauce and napkins.

I decided to eat part of my order in the store. I carefully watched him interact with customers. He had a smile on his face the entire time. Not one of those fake people. Seemed to enjoy his job.

As for the other gentleman. He continued to take out trash and clean when appropriate.

As I left the establishment. I was thanked and told have a great day by 3 different crew members including Tyler .

It’s a rare thing this day and age to have such great welcome and service with quick serve...

I went through drinking e through at 11:45. I was asked to park and they would bring my food out. There was 3 other cars waiting for there food. This little good would bring out one bag at a time. Long story short it took 25 mins to get my food and it was like warm when I got it. I rated this same message to her to give to her manager and told I would not come back nor reccomend them. I know the term fast food today has changed tremendously. Fast food use to mean that; you got your food faster and cheaper than a sit down restaurant but that is not the case anymore and it has not for all g time way before even Vovid-19 was player in this. I dont think Arbys is unique. McDonalds is very much the same way there Greed and profit margins are so high that dont hire enough people or at them a decent wage that the service is very poor. Check your bags before you even leave the window. Went through tonight and ordered 3 large meals, one being chicken strips. When asked what sauces I wanted I said I needed horsey and smokey bbq and asked for extra horsey sauce. The boy taking my order started being rude about it saying he could only really give me like 2 extra horsey sauces. I get home and this guy only gave us 4 horsey sauces and nothing else. No sauce for the chicken or the other sandwich! I do not understand why he was bent on giving me a hard time over the sauces nor why he would only give me 4 sauces total for 3 meals.
