I visited the location at 1224 S Robert St, West St Paul, MN 55118. As soon as I pulled into the drive through and before I could glance at the menu the associate yelled through the intercom what can I get you, before I could respond the lady yelled again what do you want? hurry up! I responded excuse me? And she stopped speaking through the intercom. I told her I was ready to order & kept saying hello & she refused to take my order. I then pulled around and went into the store thinking that would be a better option since she had a terrible attitude so I went to the counter. There was only one lady working & she once again refused to take my order & said the lobby was closed even though the lobby was clearly open & the doors were unlocked. I asked could I have the number to corporate & she said she didn’t know it. As a flight attendant I frequent Dunkin’ all around the United states & this has got to be the worst service I’ve ever received honestly I didn’t even get serviced at all. I understand Covid & the staffing situation & I’m always polite & professional & it’s really unfortunate to deal with such unprofessional staff member who chose to misrepresent their brand. Read moreI really don’t like writing bad reviews unless I truly feel the need to share the bad experience so no one else will- first of all they need to hire new morning staff( not all one in particular), some that actually wake up in a good mood! I’ve never had such a rude barista take my order nevertheless argue with me about my mobile order today. I placed my order ahead and pulled in to the drive thru and asked if it was ready and she rudely kept saying they didn’t have any orders, she kept repeating it multiple times after I kindly asked that all I wanted to know if it was ready or not so I can wait for it. After pulling up the drive thru window she told me AGAIN that they didn’t have any order and that’s when I got frustrated because I had given her my name twice and have showing her my mobile order confirmation she still argued with me. She finally handed my drink basically throwing it at me saying here you go and leave. I’ve NEVER dealt with someone so rude why even hire people like this especially in the morning!! I asked for a little sample and was rudely told I can’t do that.Also anask to sample the cotton candy ice cream, to which I was told I’m going to have to wait, understandable. Just to be completely ignored. Almost as if I was treated like I’m trying to get free stuff.
