I should have read the reviews before ordering food from this location as there seems to be a theme of missing or low quantity of ingredients...I would expect this kind of error to perhaps happen during a busy lunch or dinner rush, but this was at 5:15 pm...it appears that they don’t follow the recipes or check to be sure the dish is complete before sending it out the door...When I called to see if they were out of the missing ingredient or have new staff, the manager said no to either...He offered to have me return (after arriving home) to pick up the missing item and the most expensive ingredient ( Avocados and the main reason I ordered the salad) ...when I said that I don’t want to have to drive back, he did offer to send out a free dessert coupon...so two stars for trying

The coupons were never sent by the store after providing the male manager my info

Here is Noodle & Co Corporate response two weeks after posting a review:

Hi Stacy,

First and foremost, thank you for reaching out. We are extremely sorry that we did not make your food properly and have not handled you situation with care and promptness.

I would love to get an address from you and send you our a few coupons to try and make an apology for this mishap. I apologize we have not done this for you on multiple occasions on your original meal as well as your coupons that have not been sent out. Thank you for reaching out to me on this matter it helps me coach my team to be better with accuracy as well as taking care of you.

Nothing like my home Noodles in Highland Park. Those guys are awesome, and run a lovely Noodles.

This place was astonishingly filthy, and the guy taking our order cut us off midway through and tried to give us the total when only 3/5 of us had ordered. There were very few forks in the fork holder, and most of them were covered with food caked on or sticky because of some liquid that was sitting in the bottom of the holder. The soda machine was filthy, and all of the tables and chairs were covered with food, not to mention the floor. My food came out stone cold, and someone in my group who got the same thing ended up with about half the quantity of food that I did despite ordering the exact same thing.

Overall, I would say avoid this Noodles, though don't let a negative experience here ruin your opinion of them. Both the noodles over in Highland Park and the one at the U of M are shining examples of how somewhere like Noodles...

Placed an order for the first time using door dash from this store, ordered a regular penne rosa with steak, shrimp and extra mushrooms.

while there was 5 shrimps, about a tbsp of steak and very little mushrooms and sauce, this was a $17 order just containing a lot of pasta!!!

I guess I could say and I only live 4 blocks away from store that I got it quickly but what good is getting an order quickly, if it's expensive and not made well. how disappointing but par for the course for most Noodles and Company locations around the Twin Cities where maybe once in the last 10 orders and this happened in Eagan a few years ago, was made well for the expense!!!

I was so hoping for a better experience, given that West St Paul is a pasta desert and there's not a lot of great options for pasta on DD.... But had this been a better experience, I would have loved to order from this store more...

When I came in and asked an employee about the cost difference between Korean beef and chicken Parmesan and the size ,he said that the Parmesan comes in one size and the half size of korean is same size as Parmesan. But he did it in a way that implied my query was not appropriate. I don’t think I said anything in appropriate.I could go to a local Asian restaurant and get fresh veggies in a choice entree meal at any size and it would be the same cost as a half size noodles here. but bonus, one of the employees did bring me my food to my hand, even though I had ordered to go, so that was nice

Probably 10-12 years since the last time I went to one of these... if not longer. I think the noodles taste cheaper (maybe they're the same as before?). The Garlic Chili Oil Ramen tasted alright. It wasn't spicy, more cheesy with the parmesan. The size is a little small for an adult male (this was the regular size, not small). Service for me was great (weekday, 11:30 am), the cashier and the guy that brought it out were both nice. The food came out relatively quickly. Just under $10 (including tax).

Very unorganized, staff seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. Maybe they were having a bad day but they were very unfriendly. They also lost my order. Acted as if I hadn’t even placed an order. Provided them with my order confirmation then waited. for it to be remade. Unpacked meal, paid for extra sauce, they put it on the side and it was about a tablespoon of sauce. Seriously? Charging extra for that? The container cost more than the sauce.
