I should have read the reviews before ordering food from this location as there seems to be a theme of missing or low quantity of ingredients...I would expect this kind of error to perhaps happen during a busy lunch or dinner rush, but this was at 5:15 pm...it appears that they don’t follow the recipes or check to be sure the dish is complete before sending it out the door...When I called to see if they were out of the missing ingredient or have new staff, the manager said no to either...He offered to have me return (after arriving home) to pick up the missing item and the most expensive ingredient ( Avocados and the main reason I ordered the salad) ...when I said that I don’t want to have to drive back, he did offer to send out a free dessert coupon...so two stars for trying
The coupons were never sent by the store after providing the male manager my info

Read moreNothing like my home Noodles in Highland Park. Those guys are awesome, and run a lovely Noodles.
This place was astonishingly filthy, and the guy taking our order cut us off midway through and tried to give us the total when only 3/5 of us had ordered. There were very few forks in the fork holder, and most of them were covered with food caked on or sticky because of some liquid that was sitting in the bottom of the holder. The soda machine was filthy, and all of the tables and chairs were covered with food, not to mention the floor. My food came out stone cold, and someone in my group who got the same thing ended up with about half the quantity of food that I did despite ordering the exact same thing.
Overall, I would say avoid this Noodles, though don't let a negative experience here ruin your opinion of them. Both the noodles over in Highland Park and the one at the U of M are shining examples of how somewhere like Noodles...
Read morePlaced an order for the first time using door dash from this store, ordered a regular penne rosa with steak, shrimp and extra mushrooms.
while there was 5 shrimps, about a tbsp of steak and very little mushrooms and sauce, this was a $17 order just containing a lot of pasta!!!
I guess I could say and I only live 4 blocks away from store that I got it quickly but what good is getting an order quickly, if it's expensive and not made well. how disappointing but par for the course for most Noodles and Company locations around the Twin Cities where maybe once in the last 10 orders and this happened in Eagan a few years ago, was made well for the expense!!!
I was so hoping for a better experience, given that West St Paul is a pasta desert and there's not a lot of great options for pasta on DD.... But had this been a better experience, I would have loved to order from this store more...
