Today we had a incident with the a servicer who we asked that if it’s possible that we can redeem are receipts to get free food since that’s the promotion that on free chicken if you did a survey , we kindly ask the lady if it’s possible if we could get the free chickens out of are 3 receipts she said and assumed that we did it on one single phone when it was done on 3 different phones , she goes and proceeds to say that only 1 RECEIPT CAN WORK JUST 1 not the other ones and said no it’s not eligible, but each time we go here, there’s never been a problem just today she was rude abt the situation and denied us from getting are free chickens , this wasn’t abt the chicken but mainly abt the store not being spacific and professional on customer service aswell on what device we could use to get free food and next time you guys should put on there that it only works on “ different phones “ we weren’t even aware that you had to have three different phones in order to get a food?! We did USE ARE THREE DIFFERENT PHONES and the older lady said no only 1 can work We went up to the cashier who was the nicest outta the 2 girls who were trying to argue with us . The lady who was cleaning up the lobby had tried to put her 2 cents in when SHE WASNY EVEN THERE the little girl kept giving us mean looks making us feel uncomfortable and being rude abt the situation trying to insert herself in when she wasn’t even part of it, instead of her trying to caIm down the situation she made it worse , i like to say this by far was the worst encounter I had to go through. I never had encountered a problem in this place and mind you I’ve been going here since 2020!! PLEASE CAMPERO DO BETTER IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVER aswell as your EMPLOYEES SHOUT OUT TO THE CASHIER WHO HANDLED IT VERY WELL and oh ASWELL AS BEING TRUE TO THE Promotion don’t just say you will get free food if you do a survey on YOUR STORE and then start to assume or say it only work on 3...

I kept driving past this place until one day had a pregnancy craving and decided…let us try some chicken. I was shocked 😮! First time ordered thru the drive thru and the wait was a bit annoying but it was well worth it. The food was hot, fresh fresh! You know the food is fresh and hot when you driving home and trying to taste and have to drop the food back in the box. Yeah that is some fresh food for real. Service from many of the Latina Queens was phenomenal. They were kind and thorough and very prompt. Now to tell you about this impressive chicken, many times I have had chicken and not once after any fast food joint have I ever had a tender and juicy (very moist and yet fully cooked) chicken breast. In fact most places I have eaten at I choose to avoid the breast because of how dry it usually is. I took a chance and I was impressed. The breast was so moist. So fresh and so tender just not at all what I expected. The side selection is awesome because they have plantains (a favorite) and I have had their Mac and cheese and let me tell you somebody Mama knew what they were doing passing that one down. The chicken grilled or fried is again amazing. The flavor. The fried chicken coating is NOT your usual but it is still really good and flavorful to say the least. That is for those who are more comfortable with a crunchy crunchy crunch throughout the entirety of eating a piece of fried chicken. Great food. Great service and such a pleasant experience that I returned twice within a two week timeframe. The inside is colorful and vibrant and the service you get thru the drive thru is that much more pleasant...

There is alot to talk about this hidden gem within St. Paul. From the customer service, to the cleanliness and atmosphere this place deserves a stop during your stay or visit.

The have plenty of beverages from coke products to specialty drinks like mango, horchata, and jamaica. In particular, I prefer the specialty drinks as they are all natural and refreshing(a large is a generous amount).

The food is where this place leaves alot of other mid-tier chicken fast food chains in the dust. They have 2 options between grilled or fried chicken. The fried is to be expected, crispy and flavorful, while in my opinion the grilled has this beat. The grilled uses seasons they are traditional to Hispanic foods, and it is exceptionally delicious and tender.

Snacks and desserts include Empanadas and Flan and both are highly recommended. Flan is the most flavorful dessert I have had as there is real caramel and not a cheap imitation.

The sides is extremely unique like fried plantains and Yuca fries and some traditional like French fries, mashed potatoes and a salad.

This score would have been higher save for alot of repeated mistakes and wrong items however I chalk that up to the time of day(rush hour). All in all...
