If I could give this less than one star I would. Handful of weeks ago I ordered Through the drive-through and the item that I purchased ended up making me violently ill. I called the store and made them aware. The person that identified themselves as the manager offered me a free meal, which I accepted, but told him it would be a while before I came back in. I went to collect on that free meal I was treated like garbage. The manager started by accusing me of already collecting on that meal, moved to telling me I was lying about being made sick ( food poisoning) Claiming that it isn’t possible to come down with food poisoning in a couple of hours (he may want to check his sources). I again told him that I was told that he wrote it down in the book. He then questioned what I wanted. I told him I didn’t know what was available to me. He asked me what I ordered and I told him and he said I could have that to which I responded I will never eat that again. When I made the suggestion of something else, he claimed that that was too much and not an equal enough exchange. The level of unprofessional treatment and just poor customer service at this store was amazing to me. The food made me violently ill and to add insult in injury The management treated me horribly. I have reached out to the corporate number and I’m waiting to hear back from somebody else. I cannot recommend this store to anybody. I thought contacting them when I got sick was the correct thing to do, I thought wrong. Pretty sad that they do not stand behind their words and do not take care of customers in a respectful...
Read moreWe live in Forest Lake, our KFC closed a few years ago. So as we passed thru W St Paul, how about KFC for supper, Yummy! We got the 12 piece huge meal, $54.00. We start serving, huh... a green piece of paper? About the size of a movie ticket stub, ha!! Do they even have them? Any way we could not eat it all on day 1. Today I was going to heat up the mac & cheeze. I start taking it out of the container, another piece of paper, the same but different color, grey 🎟. I called and the manager? Said don't worry about it. I'll take your name and give you a FREE! 2 piece meal, wow! We have no clue what contamination we ate and or were about to eat? I still have a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy, maybe we'll get the GOLDEN ticket 🎟! Now we live 40 miles north, I'm not driving 80 miles for a FREE 2 piece meal! Beware! And good luck. Do you like your tickets cheesy? 🎟 not with a meal thanks. Update, we threw the contaminated food away. We filed a dispute, 2 months later…. We lost the $54 dollars. Read moreMy husband and I went to this KFC location for the first time tonight (Oct. 5th) and we won't be coming back. I don't know if they were short staffed or what the issue was tonight, but we definitely had a poor experience here. We were in the drive-thru line and there were 2 or 3 cars ahead of us. It started out with them taking 10 or so minutes to even take the first persons order. Okay, a little weird, but not the biggest deal. We eventually pulled up and they took our order. We got up to the window, paid for the food and then was told to pull over to the side. Well, they told at least 2 other people to pull over to the side before us. Eventually another person joined the rest of us, waiting for our food. A couple cars behind us didn't even have to go park, as they got their food and drove off. EVENTUALLY we got our food...after waiting over half an hour (this includes waiting in the drive-thru line)...and the order was a little off. I will say, after reading some of the other reviews for this location, I can at least say our food wasn't cold. Overall, I don't...
