I frequent potbelly's as they make delicious sandwiches. The is particular location is my favorite. It's close enough to the bustling Rice Village, but far enough away that it doesn't feel over crowded.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There's another location not too far from this one, and I've never felt a welcoming vibe like I do at this location.

There are plenty of classic and signature sandwiches to choose from. You can choose white bread, multigrain, slim (less bread), and loads of toppings. The sandwiches are assembled as you order, and are then out through a toaster oven. Each sandwich is tightly wrapped in wax paper and slipped into a slim togo paper bag. You can also get salads, soups, sides, and incredible desserts. There are cookies, dream bars, and amazing handspan milkshakes.

Some tips: Join the potbelly app. You can earn points, but more important, there are frequent deals and discounts. Quite often there is a BOGO code. On your birthday you can get a free dessert, and you should ALWAYS get the desserts.

I ordered food from here on Uber Eats.I ordered the original wreck,The cup of chicken pot pie And some chips and a sweet tea. My sandwich is mostly bread literally little to no meat. The meat only covers the middle of the sandwich. I have pictures of the bread with little meat sandwich I should call it. I ask for sweet tea not Arizona sweet tea with lemon flavored brand. The soup will need some chicken in it . I got a few mini pieces out the cup of chicken pot pie. I usually ordered from here in person and all the time my sandwich was good and had meat on it. They didn't even put my condiments on the sandwich( the Lettuce,pickles,mayo,etc) I guess since they are being watch by us the customers they will put meat but since I ordered it they can do whatever. My meal was no cheap at all and uber eats doesn't offer no time of help on this order at all. I hope to receive an message on the review to get my problem...
