Came here for a wedding band, not having purchased any custom jewelry for myself ever before. They gave me some measuring rings to use to measure my finger and then ultimately chose a size and I agreed since they're jewelers. When the piece came back it basically fell off my hand. Ok, things happen. They took it back and said they would resize it. Went back to pick it up and it basically fell off my finger again. At this point I was obviously upset and then explained that I needed their expert opinion and to size it correctly.

The third time I came to pick it up it fit correctly. However they charged me a repair fee which they suggested they were going to waive after the second failed ring.

Of all custom things I've purchased, sizing is on the person crafting the item. Never once has a tailor charged me an additional fee after a try-on. The ring is nice but the experience was unpleasant. The total lack of awareness for acceptable customer service will prevent me from...

I’ve been turned down 2 times to repair my three strand braided herringbone bracelet. Naturally, I was excited when the jeweler said he could repair it. My experience dropping it off and picking it up was great but the repair is anything but satisfactory. I immediately went to another jeweler who advised me to take it back and have it properly repaired with no gold shorted but I’m terrified. Upon finishing the repair, I’m sure he or whoever packaged it for pick up completely disregarded the less than acceptable job. My gold bracelet has a rose gold finish that was not there before nor it is completely braided to clasp. No one said anything to me about it being incomplete and this is extremely disappointing because they let me pay my money knowing it was not up to par. The only reason I didn’t examine it before leaving is because I was 2 minutes late picking up and the lights were off....

For instance he suggested a colored stone for her wedding set and I purchased a 4 plus carat champagne topaz which he made mountings for and which have received rave reviews.
