Marcus definitely should stay at the window. I come every other day and today I had a bad morning and his personality, customer service really brought me to a better mood. Keep smiling! UPDATE: 8/20/22 Horrendous! Wowwww TODAY a girl took my order at the window and was rude, had an attitude and kept saying anything else?? I asked are you ok? Because you have an attitude, she said oh I’ll see you up here. Before I came to window a girl walked out back door with grayish, or platinum hair walked to her car and shook her head at me?? Really? Than I get to the window and a new girl BROOK kept ignoring my concerns about the girls customer service I asked for the manager and she said she just left. Than when they brought me my order another girl came to the window name NAVY and would NOT give me the name of the girl who took my order that was being rude. How upsetting that I live a block away and I would rather drive 2 miles to a Starbucks now due to this incident. She said Manager is Megan not on sight at the moment maybe the girl that left shaking her head. SMFH Beans and Brew just not worth it

This is my second time coming here in a week and each time I had to repeat my order multiple times, since they repeated the incorrect drink order back to me. The recent visit, the manager (Ivy), said I was rude because I had to repeat it over the driver, because I thought maybe the drivers accent was the cause of the issue. We pull up and Ivy proceeds to say we are rude, even though after I had to repeat the order, whomever repeated it back the second time was condensing and mimicking how I did the order. So instead of having your team correctly take orders your manager chastise us and said we can get coffee elsewhere. Sure thing Ivy - I will gladly take my service to one of the many other coffee places in the area where they can accurately take my order. I usually love this location, but the last few times I've gone I've had an issue with the turkey Swiss and pesto. It's delicious, but the portions are actually garbage now. I asked for extra turkey on both of them, but when I checked the sandwiches, there was literally only 2 slices on each sandwich. When I told them that there was supposed to be extra turkey, the guy at the window took it back to tell them and he brought the sandwiches back to me and told me they said that was extra. 2 slices of turkey. He was very nice and he was new there, so I don't blame him, but I'm not sure when 2 slices of turkey becme extra..
