I go to this location very frequently and order the same thing on the 4 for 4. I always ask for a medium drink and they charge me extra to make the drink medium for the 4 for 4s (which is totally fine and understandable) well just now I ordered exactly how I always do and was charged extra for the medium drink(which again is fine, I have no problem with that). I got to the pick up window and they went to hand me a small and I informed the girl I actually ordered a medium and she said “we don’t do medium drinks for the 4 for 4” I proceeded to tell her that I was charged extra for my medium drink and that I had never had a problem or been told that before. She turned and went to ask her manager and the manager said “I don’t want to argue with her just do it” I immediately told them if it was that big of a deal that’s fine I will know from now on and I was just simply telling them this is what I had done every time I come here and no one has ever said anything and got ignored and snarky remarks from the manager named jennifer. The girls that were helping me before were extremely nice and had great customer service but Jennifer was extremely disrespectful and had horrible customer service. Read moreTo start I understand I arrived late at night and the shift was getting close to being done. But I can't look past the amount of rude behavior and attitude of the staff. I arrived at 12:10 which I understand they are closing in less than an hour. But I was greeted with a rude attitude and a clicking of the attendant's tongue as I ordered more than a frosty. She was rude and dismissive when talking to me. And never told the the total. As I rolled up to the window she was yelling and cussing out a coworker. Which I understand they were most likely joking around but best not to do so in front of a customer. She then rings me up hands me my card and my frosty and says thanks have a nice night in a extremely passive aggressive tone and goes to shut the window. I ask her about my chicken nuggets and she rolls her eyes, clicks her tongue again and says "would you pull forward while you wait, GOSH!" And proceeds to close the window, still without telling me the total. I roll forward waiting for my food, stunned by the none stop rude behavior. Read moreThis is the worst Wendy's ever. Their hours are listed until 11pm. Went and waited in line 10 minutes for them to to tell me they closed at 8pm tonight and it was 8:02pm. Have tried to go for breakfast many times "during business hours" and it's always closed. I've even been in the lobby while employees were yelling at each other and arguing over who's job was what. The customer service isnt just non-existent, it's almost like the opposite of what customer service is. I get it, it's tough times for everyone, but just a little effort and positivity can go a long way. I live right by this place, and I'd say I've gone there a total of 10 times. I really like Wendy's food, so I I've let it slide, but 10 out of 10 times it has been a horrible experience and enough is enough. You shouldn't be made to feel like a burden when you decide to give someone your business and are willing to hand over your money. I've always been respectful, patient, and try to be understanding, yet when I leave this place I always feel worse than right before I got there. I usually only write positive reviews but I'm writing this so maybe the owner or corporate can see this. This place is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to and it's not even close.
