DONT GO HERE EVEN THE MANAGER WAS BEYOND INCONSIDERATE!!!! Second update- the owner blamed my 4 year old child for possibly āputting a drillā in the hole, not a SINGLE person has touched the iPad besides this company! A wonderful company absolutely make sure that you take pictures before and after because they will damage the items and completely refuse to take accountability! Unprofessional very rude, inconsiderate people wouldnāt even allow us to talk and kept speaking over us.
Coming for an update- calling the store and speaking with the technician only to be told āI didnāt do it, if thereās damage inside itās from the jack being stuckā only to tell her a hand full of times itās not the inside itās the outside! The level of unprofessionalism with the tech was quite disgusting. Admit your wrongs accident or not, donāt get huffy and puffy with me when you failed to do something correctly!
If I could 0 star this I would. I brought in my iPad to have them remove a broken headphone jac out. They couldnāt remove it still charged me $20 and absolutely ruined the iPad around the headphone spot, they ruined the metal, they stretched out the hole, did more damage than good and had me hang around for an hour just to let me know thereās nothing they can do. Took it back in because there was a 30-day warranty (as I asked and was told numerous times, before and after the repairs were made, and a primary reason I decided to get the repairs done rather than buy a replacement device). It was then, for the first time, I was told it was due to previous water damage, which they claimed I was made aware of before even replacing the charging port and battery. I informed them that I had not been told anything about water damage because if I had, I would not have paid $150 for repairs when I could buy a new one for approximately $180. Another reason I know they never said anything about water damage is because that voids the warranty, which, again, was important to making my decision of getting the tablet repaired versus buying a replacement. I asked for a refund since it was the employees who had failed to communicate these things (which, if they had, I'd have never done the repairs).
