Burger King — Restaurant in West Virginia

Not a great BK, but it's near by. One guy is top drawer employee and he clearly does most of the work. The other one seemed like she was unsure about everything and sort of stood back, like she expected him to jump in and do it for her. Also, I almost got out the Door w/o my entire order. I would have, if I hadn't stopped to buy a lottery ticket. Also, they stop selling ice cream at 6 pm, so people wanting ice cream or shakes for after dinner snack have to get in line at Dairy Queen, I guess. Plus, it seems like the burgers are precooked a little, so they aren't super hot when you get them. They still taste good, though, but I couldn't give them five stars becuz if that fact. Fries are hot. It seems like they've been out of something or at least, not all the menu has been available, --every time I've been there. Worked almost 12 hours and waited in their drive thru for almost 20 minutes just to get served a inedible chicken sandwich. The chicken was burnt from sitting under the heating lamp for too long and they decide to serve it to me knowing it was bad. Whoever was that cook just ruined my day and stole my money. This happens literally all the time and nothing is done about it.

I'm filing a complaint to corporate and this isn't just some angry, entitled customer. This is you failing me when all I wanted was some decent Burger King. I wasn't expecting fresh food nor asked for it yet you serve me food that should've been tossed in the garbage after the timer expired on the holding time.

I'm no tightwad, but I like to save a buck where I can. I ordered 2 single bacon King burgers, 2 Whoppers, and 2 large fries for me and my brother. Both burgers are advertised as buy one get one for $1. Beware that the lowest cost BOGO items are always discounted. It doesn't matter if you are buying in pairs or not. "That's just how the register does it" according to the cashier. I paid $1.60 +tax more for this order than it would have been had the 2 Whoppers and the 2 single bacon king burgers been on separate orders.
