Subway — Restaurant in West Virginia

My experience was very disappointing. I went into this subway yesterday and the staff was incredibly rude. Rushing us along with our order, rolling eyes, and making us feel like we were bothering them for ordering our food. I tried to use my coupon that is on the actual subway website to get a free 6in sub with the purchase of a 30 oz drink. Both ladies in the store denied the coupon. They said they apparently don't take the coupon at that location. However, my husband used his coupon just a few days ago at that same location. Then, I realized that these ladies do not know how to make a sub. They apparently have not been trained properly. Instead of folding the meat (like every subway does) they just threw the meat on the bread. Giving me only 2 slices of meat when normally I would get more slices by folding them. They made the sandwich sloppy. Not spreading the mayo out and half the mayo was on the paper. Not a pleasant way to make a sandwich. Another issue, one lady (with her gloves on) wiped her nose, pushed her hair back and handled her cell phone. At this point I'm cringing. I was about to cancel the order completely but the whole coupon thing just threw me off. So I ended up buying a sub that I threw away right after. I will never return to this location until corporate comes in and trains the staff and fixes these major issues that I have seen and those 2 ladies are gone. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go to the other subway...

I arrived at 7:25pm. The sign on the door says they are temporarily closing at 8pm. So I go in, the girl behind the counter looks at me, I say hello, and she turns and walks to the back without a word. She was back there for over a minute. When she came out, she rudely informed me that I’d be the last customer of the night, so I clarified their hours and she confirmed them. I have no idea why it was a problem for me to be there ordering over 30 minutes before closing. I placed my order, she made my sandwich, and then she slammed the glass covers down on the food when she was done. The sandwich was fine. The service was awful. Their closing time should be the time they stop serving, and they shouldn’t give people grief for coming in well before that. I hadn’t been to this location in a long time. Upon walking in, no greeting just “are you the online order?!” No. Walk to counter “what do you want?” “How many sandwiches are you getting?” Male employee sighed, looked put out, and lacked eye contact while female worker kept interrupting & rushing our decisions while being very pushy. “Are you getting drinks?” while we are telling the other guy what kind of subs we want. Shouting our total at us before we had even picked our toppings much less walked to the register. Mind you, there was absolutely no one else in the place and two employees to make our 2 sandwiches. Once we paid and sat down, they both pulled out their phones. Trash overflowing, floor dirty, tables dirty. Customer service is majorly lacking at...
