Taco Bell — Restaurant in West Virginia

I was there to have my order from the previous days lunch remade. They offered to replace the entire order as there was an issue with each and every item. Two items that were not ordered with sour cream had it on them both and two items that were add pico , has none added. Normally I would not defend such over sites but the drive thru was very busy at the time of the initial order. We had 3 different orders in the one vehicle, all of which includes items of special request. Mine was the only one with issues and they made it right. I called several hours after the visit to ask what I should do...my firstand last bite of my bite of Burrito oozed sour cream...I was done with that. I spoke with Tiffany, who is also anti sour cream and sympathized with the situation. I didn't have the receipt available...but I did have all the food. She said bring it with me and they would replace the order. I did, they did. It was right the second time around and even thru in a soft taco for fur baby who was riding shotgun ,,,and they are his favorite, minus the lettuce of course. All is well that ends well. Worst taco bell experience ever, and let's face it the bar is not set very high. Hey back to my hotel and realize we are missing half the order, go back through the line to reorder missing items and they still get it wrong! We open the taco supreme, it's just beef and cheese. We confronted the employee and all what it was, their response was I don't know and we said either do we, it's supposed to be a taco supreme where's the tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream? Their response.. would you like a side of lettuce???? It's Taco bell, my expectations are not high but I was blown away enough by the terrible service to actually write a review. The food? Super greasy, more sauce than any other ingredient so everything was just... Soupy? Except for the cinnobons, those were deep fried long enough to burn off all the cream filling leaving a hard dry ball of...

I ordered the chicken power menu bowl which is a premium item and I eat them at other locations quite frequently; however, this one was horrible! Why? Because it only contained 6 black beans, about 4 diced tomatoes, the rice was turned (you can get bacteria from old moist rice) no sour cream and one line of guacamole... After a 10-hour road trip I really wanted some decent fresh-ish food which is what I thought I was getting however this just made me get sick and spend the remainder of my evening beckoning to the porcelain God (🚽)....do yourselves a favor either order something that doesn't have rice and vegetables on it or skip this location all together...I assure you this review is not out of malice and or spite I eat at taco Bell about 5...
