We took our daughter this evening for her birthday. We walked in not alot of people in the store since it's kind of cold. However the tables were dirty and the class was smudged with finger prints. We seen the girls in the back chatting, talking amongst eachother and talking on their cell phones. It took me saying excuse me twice before anyone came out to wait on us. Perhaps they had to get off their cell phones before waiting on the customers. Poor customer service. Then once we were ready to leave I had to again call to the back for service to get a lid. The icecream was good but the store itself was disappointing as well as the horrible customer service! They need employees that actually want to work and take pride in the work they do. When we walked in, we noticed a line. However, the employees seemed to have been bothered by the crowd. One employee in particular made a comment about "isn't there any other place open?" as soon as we walked in. Another employee I'm guessing was putting in their two weeks and made a comment that they werent working those two weeks. Very unprofessional to say and talk about those things in front of customers. They have always been accommodating and would make my order with clean utensils, ice cream from the freezer, and in a separate container. I tried to order my usual, informed the employee of my allergy, and was denied saying that “someone left a bad review because the customer had a reaction. But they didn’t tell us they had an allergy.” The employee went on to tell us that the owner decided to not service anyone with allergies anymore.
