I was trying to refrain from leaving a review. However, I'm very bothered about something. We chose to eat here because we were in town on a small basketball trip and never heard of this place before. When we go out of town, we like to try different restaurants that we can't eat at home. We arrived and were seated immediately. The items on the menu looked/sounded delicious but we narrowed it down to what we were having. A sum of those items were Reubens and Mac and cheese balls. Absolutely delicious and highly recommend. The atmosphere of the was just okay! Our server stood at the booth behind us and was eating the entire time, no biggie. However, there were alot of servers wearing entirely too short of shorts! One server in particular had shorts on so small that everytime she bent over (and she did quite a bit in front of my husband and son) you could practically see the light coming from her mouth down through her mole hole! I was very unaware pulling in the parking lot that this was a hoedown and not a family environment. I also understand that servers need their tips but I believe in keeping it classy and not trashy. The service at first was great, but then we sat at our table for about 20 minutes after eating looking for our server, to be no where in sight. We had to ask the hostess for a to-go box and our check. When our server finally came back with our check, she said "sorry, I was in the back bsing, with those guys". Needless to say, if I were a local, I...

Since 2020, we have had our share of disappointing restaurant experiences, but our time at Primanti's last night takes the cake. First things first, I gave two instead of one star because despite all of the mishaps, our server was kind and polite rather than acting like we were an inconvenience to him whenever we told him all of our food that was missing. The wait time for drinks was astronomical. My husband went 15 minutes with an empty drink and he had to go up to the bar himself to get another. Our food was finally brought out and mine never showed up. My father-in-law eventually went to ask someone and it turns out that our server forgot to put it in the computer. The sandwiches are huge so I just split one with my husband. They ended up bringing mine later free of charge so I was able to take it home. My son got a kid's meal and all they brought out was the entree. They forgot about his side and drink. All In all, we were there for so long waiting on drinks and food and in the end we only got about half of what we requested 😂 we won't be going back to this Primanti's. The food that we did get was tasty, though! Credit...

The only vegan option available comes with cheese unless otherwise specified; super irritating. The plain bread it comes on is quite literally 4 times the size of the bean patty. It completely muted the taste or any flavor that was supposed to accompany it. The “steak” patty on the pitt sandwich was disgusting. It smelled gross and tasted worse. It was in. O way shape or form steak. The replacement was the sandwich featured on the menus, and i guess it was the saving grace. It was edible. Fries were ok. Our waitress however was great. The bartender is insanely beautiful, with a bad attitude to boot and expressed GRAND irritation when we approached and asked for two drafts. I believe her exact response was “ UGH, I cannot, I need to go to the bathroom“ They were not busy, there was no rush and no visible excuse for this. But ok- thanks for the sub par food and bad...

We visited on Thursday night late hoping to watch March Madness. Came into the restaurant and sat at the bar, didn’t get service for nine minutes and that was only when we flagged down one of two bartenders who had passed us no less than 14 times. We came to find out that we visited on a night when they were running two different pizza promotions. One was a standing Thursday night promotion, the second one was a buy one get one free takeout promotion. Long story short, the place was overwhelmed, and we came in late in dinner service, the place was trashed. As new guest were sitting down, who did get service, we could overhear the bartender telling them that if they ordered a pizza, they should plan on waiting at least an hour. When we saw the place stacked with dirty dishes and broken equipment, we figured it best not to order food there.

Unless you want a sandwich, not worth the time. We won’t be back. Ordered a an Original Chicken Salad ($10.79) and a 15pc boneless wings ($15.29). Chix pieces were barely a single bite each ($1 a bite, how economical), supremely disappointed. A pile of 15 bone-in went by and was 4x the size. A 4pc chix tender went by and was 3x as big. Salad had 1 tender on it (Really? Who does that?), a quarter of a tomato cut in 2 pieces and a single boiled egg… lettuce was soft and wilted. Expected far more for the price even despite higher costs. Wing sauces were otherwise tasty and the sandwiches that went by were huge. Want chicken? Go across the parking lot to Quaker Steak and Lube to get your $’s worth.

Wow! The size of their sandwiches and friendly staff alone is a good reason to return here. I ordered the sirloin steak and cheese sandwich, served with cheese, fries, slaw, and tomato on Italian bread, and it was delicious! So much meat, that I could only eat half of it, the rest I took home for a late-night meal. The atmosphere is vibrant, and having the pseudo inside/outside setup works to create a relaxing vibe. Good tunes playing in the background and the service was incredible. Highly recommend this place! The sandwiches are worth the hype and more than reasonably priced. You'll love it!
