Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in West Virginia

If I could rate my experience zero stars, that's what this shop would get. The kid at the register had a poor attitude and acted as though he was annoyed at having to take our order. My wife asked for a salad with grilled chicken and all of the cold veggies that they have, and vinegar and oil for dressing. When arriving home, we realized that the salad had been stuffed into the bag on its side, and included only lettuce, tomatoes, and chicken salad...no onions, no pickles, no banana peppers, no mushrooms. This "salad" was also VERY small...about the size of a Weny's SIDE salad that sells for 1/3 the price. Our fries were cold and limp, and the iced tea was stale. Bad attitude, poor service, and hastily prepared food = WE WILL NOT RETURN!! Oh, and by the way...the same rude kid that took our and other patrons' orders, then turned around and began handling food without washing his hand or putting on gloves!!...

This place is disgusting, something is stained all over the signs up above, the straws look like they have been from a 3rd world country the wrappers are stained brown, the grill looked like it hadn't been scraped in weeks, there's a renovation going on I guess that's a different approach being from the construction world my entire life, the personnel were rude especially after we asked for a refund. They asked why and the first thing they said was some tea was spilled well they should have cleaned it up but nobody did and the restaurant was dead no customers, people were walking in and turning around once they seen inside. I have never once asked for a refund but there's a first...

If your a person of color please don't bother going to this establishment. The first time I went the Manager/Assistant manager tried her hardest to be rude I just drove from Charleston and I was really hungry. The guy that made the sandwich the first time it was so awesome I put it on my Facebook. Today I went back to the establishment and the Manager lady made my sandwich in under 1 min and 30 seconds with little to no meat on it/dry I'm currently chucking up the whole meal and running a fever, this is so not cool. One thing I will do for that lady that made my sandwich I will...
