Five Guys — Restaurant in West Virginia

This place is unbelievable, astronomical prices and the quality is not there they guy cooking the food took our order and a young lady cooked a batch of fries salted them and then served the batch to the customer who was waiting for her order, meanwhile our grilled cheese and lil burger were on the grill the guy went to the register for other customers then the frie girl left and then another woman comes up and finishes our order and results the fries, fries were over salted and some were very hard and not cold bc they are not cleaning out the tray, my grilled cheese was not a 7.00 grilled cheese it tasted like cheap processed cheese and the burger had so much ketchup and mustard on it you couldn't taste the fries, this was our first visit, so no impressed. 30 bucks for subpar service and fries and waited on by 3 people who did not communicate what the other had done. Never had five guys before. I seen a restaurant in Delaware once with the same name. I actually always thought it was a pizza place. Turns out it's a burger joint. There's even true signs in the restaurant that says something about Delaware. I did not get to read them. Everything was hot & fresh & they gave us so much fries. I did not expect that. A hamburger, or cheeseburger is literally automatically a double. I saw the prices & was like "ummm wow, that's a really expensive burger." I now know why. & The fries made with real potatoes, very large. The burgers made with real ground beef & taking up the whole bun. Any add ons were no extra charge. Really good for fast food. I love five guys. And have eaten at this location many times. If you order in the foods usually fresh, hot, amazing and your order is correct. If you order thru doordash the foods still hot and fresh, but 8 out of the last 10 times I've ordered it's wrong. They forget something or dont bother reading the ticket. Tonight I ordered 2 identical burgers. As in I picked all my toppings and hit quantity 2. And one burger was right and one wasn't. They actually added more to the burger.
