I have always loved shopping at Talbot's. The petite size fit my frame like no other brand. Service has been unbelievable up to today. The individual who I just encountered at the Morgantown Talbot's has just tainted my prior experiences. She was brisk and down right rude to my husband, who was giving my a shopping trip to Talbot's for our anniversary. I was so upset that I didn't even try on the outfits I had pick out. I have never encountered this individual before. The clerk who usually waits on me is a gem. I am hesitant to shop this location in the future for fear of encountering this...

Talbots in Morgantown has a large selection and is a very personable store. I prefer to try clothes on than order everything online. Their customer service is amazing. Their associates are extemely nice and always helpful. If they don't have my size or an item I want, they'll search stores for it and have it sent to me. We are so lucky to have a Talbots here.
