Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

It is what it is. The place has college kids working there that really dont put the effort in. However not all the blame is on them, that place is seriously understaffed at times, and I can only imagine what the work environment is like. You typically see two behind the counter running around like chickens with their heads cut off, because they are so busy and understaffed. On the flipside when they are not busy the staff aren't really proactive, and dont prepare for the next anticipated wave of people, again I blame this mostly on mis-management.

Honestly, I have only 1 complaint about the food quality, and that is their chicken wings. They are awful, like rancid awful, but I think that is little ceasers in general. However, the quality of the pizza has never disappointed. In fact I legitly think they could get away with charging a buck or two more for their pizza. Its always good.

You have a 50/50 shot of showing up and actually getting a hot n ready pizza. Most of the time Im waiting from 10 - 30 minutes.

As far as the "attitude" of the staff, unlike some of the reviews here, they have never been mean or nasty to me. They are always nice given the work environment...

On Dec 8,2015 My brother went to get me a CHEESE pizza and some dark haired girl made him wait for eight minutes for my CHEESE pizza needless to say I am NOT HAPPY because she gave him a pepperoni and he told her that he wanted BACON RANCH and she gave him cheezy jalapeno and Buffalo ranch. So I don't know who trained this dark haired lady or what her name is but I would appreciate you let her know about this inncident because I have never had any problems with this little ceasers and y'all are close to my house so I always go there but I will take my money else where if I continue to get unpleased and unsatisfied oh and I feel the heat needs turned down on the warmers because it makes the dough really hard and like cardboard nobody likes wasting...

Literally nothing positive to say about this Little Caesar’s... I’ve been here 3 times the first my crazy bread was completely uncooked. The second I ordered regular crazy bread and was given cheesy bread... and the last time was today. Today I went to the drive through, waited 30 minutes with TWO cars ahead of me. Two men working inside were incredibly dry and acted like I was not supposed to be at the drive through or I was inconveniencing them. Waited 10 more minutes for my crazy bread and when they brought it out it was HARD on the outside, raw on the inside and had garlic butter dripping off it but none of the garlic flakes or whatever they are. Tasted disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. Literally a nightmare...
