First thing, I think 90% of those giving this place a 5 star works here.
Lack of management. Poor food. Poor service. A total disappointment. Young and immature employees are great, if the rules are enforced.
Mornings; consists of up to 35 minute wait for food after order and pay. 5 out of five times Iâve ordered in the mornings my order was all wrong. They take it back in the store and bring me back the same food I said was wrong showing the receipt! The last time (5th time) I have ordered this occurrence happened 3 times. Then the food is cold by the time it gets to me.
Afternoons, evenings, nights; cold food, hard and obviously past the âshelf life after cookingâ, hot and reheated so they didnât have to make more. People not paying attention to orders and asking when an item was added when it was ordered and paid for at once, complaining nonstop about their job with a sense of entitlement, wanting to be there to work but ignoring the window when in the middle of a rush with food on the counter.
I have waited almost a year for things to get better for this location and it has not so I had to say something online because obviously my single call (which I kept very respectful) did not help, nor did my personal complaint . So no, Iâm NOT a key board warrior.
The above being stated I have worked in the food industry, both fast food and restaurant. Your job is not hard. If you do what is suggested and keep food fresh, pay attention to orders, donât give customers attitudes, keep your opinions of orders to yourself, give accurate information, and donât think you are smarter than everyone else by âoutsmartingâ everyone, you will be okay. If you want to see less angry customers stop messing the orders up that THEY pay for. A lot of times the people you see are on a lunch break. Be considerate. Be a human being. You can not complain about minimum wage when the effort you choose to give is minimal, and itâs sad for those who DO put...
   Read moreWe waited in the drive thru for over 20 for 2 frosties and a chicken sandwich. There were 6-7 cars in front of us. Three pulled away, 2 before ordering 1 after(without their orders.) Cashier at the window was not paying attention to anything I had to say and took the money but didn't scan the app for the discount. It was a mess. That was another 10 minute ordeal...a teen manager comes to fix it and was over the top clueless then rude finally determines I had to make another purchase to use the coupon? What kinda bs is that. It's a dollar off coupon. Meanwhile, over in the passenger seat the bottom is dropping out of the Type 1 diabetics blood sugar and I can't get anyone to just hand over a one of the frosty's is already paid for and the reason we were there in the first place! For a $3.18 total purchase it's 30+ minutes of inexperienced. At the end of it all, I ask the "manager" her name...she became more rude as the $1 off coupon debacle unfolded (until finally saying to the cashier "give her a dollar and get her out of the drive thru. Yes I want your name. She refused, I ask the cashier 2hat her managers name was and she was instructed not to give it. Hmmm...why would a manager not want to give their name upon customer request? My order was 2 biggie bags..burgers with catsup & cheese only, bar b que sauce for the chicken nuggets & 2 cokes, a parmesan ceasar salad, 6 piece chicken nugget with honey mustard, chicken sandwich & orange frosty. 1st thing..they didn't give uscrge salad...your dine in was closed so my son got out & walked back to the windowcto get it. When we got home..there was no bar b que sauce..no honey mustard..no straws or napkins..the cokes were more carbination than coke.& when i wentvto eat my salad @ work there was no ceasar salad dressing or croutons. How is it that nearly every item we ordered had a problem? It is noe inexpensive to eat out. $30.70 seems like a little to you but it is not to me.
