Pita Plus Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in West Warwick

A friend recommended Pita Plus. I was working in the area so I figured I would give it a try. I walked into the cutest dining room with the friendliest man standing behind the counter. I studied the menu and asked what the Chicken Shawarma wrap was. He explained it to a tee. It sounded delicious. I ordered one along with some tabbouleh and homemade pita chips. It was cooked to order. I took my to-go bag and headed on my 25-minute ride back to Wakefield. The aroma coming from the bag was making me sooo ..hungry! It smelled delicious! I couldn't open it up quickly enough when I got in the door. The wrap was still hot and it was HUGE! I cut it in half and will enjoy the other half tomorrow. I cannot even begin to tell you how delicious this wrap was. It was bursting with so many flavors and had a little kick to it but not overwhelming. The tabbouleh was amazingly fresh and not overtaken by bulgar or mint. It was perfect! The Pita chips we still warm and crisp. So yummy! 5 stars are not adequate for how good the food, service, and atmosphere are at Pita Plus. I will be back again and again and again! Thank you for bringing a healthy and delicious food alternative...

Food is always great quality and prepared well. I have always gotten exactly what I have ordered. The staff are all very nice and are attentive to customer needs. The staff have always been the utmost respectful and knowledgeable when I have inquired about items. The owner actually gave my mom samples of sauces when she first went there. I have been there multiple times, and have been greeted with nothing but kindness and generosity. The environment is clearly clean and follow all protocols and the open kitchen attests to this. They also have a variety of food options that cater to any diet, such as many vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as bowls, and substitution of wraps for people who may be on a keto diet or such. This is absolutely one of the better restaurants around with affordable prices. I will always recommend them to anyone. Great food, great staff, and great prices is hard to come...

My partner and I stopped in here for the first time tonight. We were BLOWN AWAY. The food was incredible. Every vegetable was fresh, crisp and colorful- the perfect compliment to the flavorful meats! My partner had a beef/lamb shawarma plate and I had a chicken pita wrap with falafel. Both were so delicious and with enough leftover for a good lunch tomorrow. We also got the Mediterranean wings, which were TO DIE FOR! You can’t go wrong with anything from here.

The owner, Anthony, was so friendly and gave amazing customer service. He regularly checked in on us and was great to chat with. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his establishment, and it shows! He was even kind enough to offer us a dessert on the house! Cheesecake with blackberry sauce, which was delicious!

We will be back! I’m officially considering myself a regular here.
