Honestly the person working there at the time I went was rude. They weren't understanding what I was saying. There was a couple of sandwiches I bought and each one I like it done differently. It first started when I ask for extra meat on my sandwiches and they kept fighting with me saying that my sandwiches doesn't get that. And I'm like that ok I will pay extra and 4 time I had to explain that yes understand I will pay the extra fee. Then I wanted lettuce on my sandwiches and again the lady says that sandwiches doesn't bring lettuce. Like ma'am I want lettuce in my sandwiches how are you going to tell me how I want My sandwiches. And then when I went to get a refill the lady said something so just in case I said I'm dining in so I can get more drink because there a sign that said only dine in get free refill. Read moreToday June 1, 2025 between 3:15p.m. and 3:30 p.m. I went to the Subway that is in Walmart in Exton, Pennsylvania..I ordered the sandwich of the day which 6.99. It comes with a 6 hoagie, bag of chips, small drink and 2 cookies. I ask to make sure I got the combo, and sales person said yes. I remember seeing I was charged 12.76 come upon the register. So I grab my stuff and go. When I get to my I realize I don't have my drink so I go back inside to ask for it , and the sales person give me the cup. I am more disappointed more than anything. I get to the car and I realize they did not give me my receipt. So why wouldn't I receive my drink , and why wouldn't they give me my receipt. I believe they are overcharging people, and are okay with the process of doing it. I will never go there again, and will tell people my story and recommend they do not go there either. Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at the Subway inside Walmart in Exton, PA, are shockingly rude and unprofessional. They are unwilling to answer even basic questions without getting defensive, and their attitude makes it clear they have no interest in providing decent customer service. Instead of helping, they behave as though customers are an inconvenience. Management seriously needs to take note and address this unacceptable behavior.
