An absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Stopped here to pick up one Caesar and one chicken Caesar salad for myself and my pregnant wife. Waited in line with 3 people in it for next to 10 minutes to get started. When finally at the counter, I ordered both salads. I begin observing the girl putting spinach in the bowl, so I say, that is not Caesar, the Caesar salad is made with romaine. She says, well our Caesar salad called so and so (can’t remember the name) is made with a mix of spinach and romaine. I said, I fondly ask you for that name Caesar, I asked you for a normal Caesar salad. She says well what’s in a regular chicken Caesar? I tell her, romaine, croutons and cheese mixed with Caesar dressing. I then verify with the cashier saying I want 2 Caesar salads, one with chicken one without. He says yeah this is Caesar. So I say ok fine wrap it. The cost for 2 salads $25. I get home, open the bowls and find this cat portion of whatever the heck this is, plus it’s missing croutons which is one of only 3 ingredients in a salad. The picture I will try to submit has croutons that I myself put in there that I had at home. Even then I said to my wife, well we will never eat there again and think that’s the end of it. I try the salad and tastes like the most awful salad I have ever tried. Extremely salty and tastes like fish. A wawa salad would blow this out of the water. It’s absolutely ridiculous. What they are running in that place is a scam and I’m very surprised to see good reviews which tempted me to come here over a regular pizzeria to get the salads. I don’t know how good their pizza is but I know that their salads are a scam and taste awful. Thank you for putting a cherry on top of my Saturday! This is no way to do business. We are tossing this awful terrible sham of a Caesar. I’m also submitting a picture that the salads are tossed in their entirety. I refuse to eat them and especially won’t feed it to my pregnant wife. The management, if you want me to take down this review, I demand you refund every penny I paid and let everyone else make judgements of what you people do. Leave your email in a response and I’ll give you my address to send the refund to. I’m certainly not leaving my home to bring this terrible food back to you.

Good pizza, dinner of the staff work really great together and some seem to stand around looking busy. I didn't know before deciding to go here that the pizza crust was gluten free. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad either. The pizza was very floppy but I got the Hot Little Honey pizza and it's flavor was delicious. If they had a gluten crust option I'd be a happy girl. The shop tries to give off a trendy vibe that attempts to make you think you'll be eating healthy here. There are healthy options but I wouldn't call the pizza healthy and it's a bit overpriced for the size of the pizza. I ordered ahead and the pizza was hot and ready when I got there but I also ordered a watermelon cream fountain soda there which I thought was very good. I'll probably want to try other pizzas in the future because the flavor is definitely there.

EVERYONE HAS TO TRY THE B.R.C.! IT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF MY JULY! I already like coming to SNAP for my favorite pesto pizza, but the BRC brought my enjoyment tonight to a whole new level! I initially thought it was just an ordinary dessert pizza, so I ordered for my little brother, then after the first bite we were fighting for the pieces. It’s like a dessert but it’s so light and airy, most importantly not too sweet but rather refreshing. The jam was right on point and the cream cheese filled crust was amazing. I have no idea who’s the genius coming up with this idea but I’m already thinking of coming back again for it! Highly recommend!

I just had my third awful experience at SNAP. This is the third (and last) time I have been there and EVERY SINGLE time the same thing goes down. The employees do not know how to make the salads or pizzas without stopping, over and over again to look at the cards (it took twenty minutes to make a salad). Even then, something is wrong with the order every time. The employee today gave me a rock hard avocado, wayyyy too many onions, piles of corn and filled the to-go dressing container so full that it burst open in the bag. No napkins, no utensils...just a bag and the open dressing (the two other times, they literally handed me the containers with no bag) The co-workers were arguing with each other right in front of me. The lady making my salad kept stopping and putting my salad down so she could argue with her co-worker while I stood there waiting. Four men were walking back and forth seeming confused while two customers were looking around and over the counter, waiting for their food the whole time I was there (they were clearly upset). It felt like SNAP was going out of their way to do everything possible to make it an unpleasant experience. I ended up throwing the salad out b/c it was inedible. Very disappointed as so many people told me great things when it first opened. I think the concept is great and the ingredients look wonderful, it just seems like there is nobody in charge and no training provided for...

I visited this place when it first opened and have been here numerous times. The problem is like most new places in that it was great in the beginning and has slowly gone downhill. The custom salads were amazing with all the option you can include making it very tasty when salad is typically bland for me. The green goddess dressing was absolutely out of this world at first. Obviously the recipe for this dressing has changed drastically as it is now very runny and the flavor has also changed. Like other reviewers I agree that it seems as if the workers are more worried about having a good time amongst each other and therefore customers ordering are interrupting then. I have also had the unpleasant feeling of someone not wanting to make my salad and just rushing through it as if they hated their job or didn't want to be there. Their is a clear lack of management present at this place and it's starting to show. Unfortunately this place won't last long when there is a lack of a managing precense and the employees don't even know how to make the items. Training is lacking. Might want to label the dressings more clearly as I had an employee who gave me the wrong one and boy did I find out the 'hot' way as it was a jalapeño variety. You just can't be that lacking in attention to detail. I am done going here until it looks like things have turned the...
